The owner was very accommodating to our table. The rolls they brought to the table when we sat down were phenomenal. They were drenched in garlic butter and parmesan cheese. 7 of us ordered ribeye steaks, which they only had 5. The food came out at different times, including side items. Half of the steaks were cold by the time we got them, but still tasted amazing. The atmosphere was great. We also bought 2 ukegs on our way out. We’ll definitely be back if we’re in the area again.

My wife and I always stop at this particular Krystal to get us a sack full of krystals for the road. Service is usually always pretty quick. But the food is always good and we've never had and bad food from here. That's key while traveling. We come thru the tunnels sometime after a weekend at the lake or just passing thru just to grab a quick bite to eat.

This Starbucks is inside Food City. It operates like a regular Starbucks though and accepts Starbucks cards and rewards. Our drinks were excellent, and we were in and out quickly. It's a good place to stop.

This is a typical Hardee's restaurant. It has a good breakfast at a fair price. I particularly like the biscuits & gravy. The other items on the menu are also good "fast food" type items. This Hardee's was clean and the staff friendly. A good place for a cheap breakfast.

My family and I stopped here for dinner after a day of exploring Cumberland Gap National Historic Park. I set my expectations low since I wasn’t familiar with the place and it looked rather unassuming. However, I was very pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Rodeo Chicken with sweet potato and green beans, my husband ordered the steak tips with broccoli and a salad, one of my sons ordered the kids steak tips with Mac and cheese, and the other son a cheeseburger with fruit. Everything was cooked perfectly, really tasty, and hot! And my portions were huge. Hubby originally ordered the vinegar-based Texas slaw and they were out, which was our only disappointment. Our server, Jay, went above and beyond with service, making sure we were happy. This was a winner for sure.

We frequent Cracker Barrels all over the US! We have to say this is the best one ever. Staff are so friendly and the food tasted the best we have had at a Cracker Barrel! Our first visit to this area so this meal was a welcomed treat! My salad was fresh, crisp and cold! Very testy! The chicken and dumplings were awesome! The meatloaf was great! Portion sizes were larger than at other Cracker Barrels!

We had the most wonderful panini sandwiches I’ve ever had here. One of today’s (Fathers Day) specials was French onion grilled cheese panini. And OMG it was wonderful. The bread was so light and airy. Not overly crusty like most paninis. It almost melted in my mouth. Hubby had the melted ham panini. Chips came with it. We ate at a table in the shade outside. They have tables by the creek too which would be nice. We chose ice cream for dessert and it was wonderful. It was just a very special day at a very special place. I would make this a regular visit if we only lived close. Worth a drive even out of your way to try their food.

This place is truly worth the wait, the experience and your time. Not to be missed! I was in town last Friday for a brief trip and looked at the reviews of this little gem. I decided to stop by- I am so glad that I did. Saw a gentleman having soup and asked what kind it was. He gave a resounding "potato soup" and you have to try it!!! Turns out, it was absolutely fabulous. The gentleman, by the way, turned out to be the Mayor of the town. That was an added bonus. A true southern gentleman. After indulging in this homemade treat, I met some of the staff who encouraged me to comeback for dinner, which I am delighted to say, was a great decision. The place is small, but don't be disheartened if you have to wait. The food is off the charts, fantastic! It rivals some of the big city meals i have enjoyed in my travels around the country. I had the chicken, garlic mashed potatoes, shrimp skewers and the most underrated but fabulous salad, complete with homemade ranch dressing. Our server, Jackie, was truly an energetic and spirited lady. She made the experience so worthwhile. We also met Jim, who runs the place - top notch, for sure, his sister, and the owner, Steve, who stopped by our table for a friendly chat. Do not miss this place. It is a force to be reckoned with. Go. You will not regret it.
