Amazing place!
Reviewed By rafaelmr3112We got a beautiful room, newly renovated, with traditional stone walls. One could really feel the magic of the past in the air... The hosts are very kind and friendly, and the breakfast is great. Everything was just perfect.

Bello e confortevole
Reviewed By Erika DCamere pulite e ordinate, la stradina di accesso è un po' stretta perché ci passa giusto una macchina il che ci faceva presumere che non fosse la strada corretta. All'inizio per questo motivo abbiamo fatto fatica a trovarlo! Una volta arrivati siamo stati accolti da Josip che ci ha dato consigli su come muoverci nella zona. Ci sono tutti i comfort e servizi necessari raggiungibili a piedi: panifici aperti h24, fast food, supermarket, anche una lavanderia. La spiaggia si raggiunge a piedi. La sistemazione dista pochi minuti di auto da trogir e spalato. È bellissimo il giardino coperto da un pergolato che noi abbiamo sfruttato per mangiare e fare colazione. Le camere sono recentemente state ristrutturate,dotate di frigorifero,condizionatore,phon e perfino un bollitore con qualche bustina di thè. A disposizione degli ospiti si trovano anche dei materassini in spugna (come quelli da palestra) e un ombrellone per la spiaggia. Ho apprezzato molto cura e pulizia dei locali.

Excellent location, modern apartment
Reviewed By 782ninaVery clean and modern apartment with a big balcony for 5 person situated in the ground floor. All the modern equipment incl. coffee machine. Excellent WiFi. Bathroom with tube and another bathroom with shower. Big towels and duvet covers in the beds, which we liked. Extremely clean apartment, good beds to sleep. We could park our car in the yard. The apartment was the last building in the blind alley, so it was very silent, peaceful and safe place. Apartment was near the beach and restaurants and other services. A great location indeed. Very friendly hosts, Matea, her sister and mother. They were willing to help whenever needed (they live in the same building) and they spoke English well. Greetings to the cat (who wasn't originally from this house). We all miss him a lot.

Sehr herzliche Vermieterin
Reviewed By Thomas KKroatische Freunde in Kastel Novi haben uns diese Adresse empfohlen. Und das war ein Glückstreffer. Wir kennen Kroatien eher von den Marinas und waren das erste Mal aufgrund der bekannten Situation in einer Privatunterkunft. Die Appartements sind komplett neu renoviert und in einem Top - Zustand. Die Besitzerin, Zdenka, ist diese herzensgute Vermieterin, die einem alle Wünsche von den Augen abliest. Einfach toll. Vor dem Haus gibt es einen schönen Grillplatz, den man selbständig nutzen kann, Parkplatz ist auch vor dem Haus vorhanden. Zum Meer sind es ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Was uns am meisten gefallen hat, war dass man nach kurzer Zeit Teil der Familie war (also von Zdenka und Ihrer reizenden Mutter). Sehr schöne Adresse, wenn man so etwas einer anonymen Hotelburg den Vorzug gibt. Kastel Novi/Stari ist im übrigen eine schöne Gegend, man kann an der Promenade entlang schlendern, es gibt einen Badestrand (Kies) und es ist eine gute Ausgangsposition für einen Besuch von Trogir und Split (es liegt praktisch in der Mitte). Flughafen ist ca. 2-3km entfernt. Wenn ich hier 5 Sterne vergebe, dann nicht weil man das Apartman Petra mit einem 5 Sternehotel vergleichen kann, sondern für Sauberkeit (1 Stern), Ausstattung (1 Stern), Engagement (1 Stern) und vor allem die Herzlichkeit von Zdenka (1 Stern) und ihrer Mutter (5. Stern). Wir kommen wieder so bald es geht.

Reviewed By drlargepantsTwo bedroom apartment was excellent if rather like scaling the north face of the Eiger to get to. There is no lift ! (Which is the norm in fairness) Check in was really easy. Great location and everything you need for an extended stay.

Reviewed By Michael BKastel Stari je pekne a ciste mestecko na predmesti Splitu. Pekne ciste plaze. Ubytovani je velmi kvalitni. Vse je nove, funguje a je vsude cisto. Pan domaci se stara aby nic nechybelo. Idealni pro rodinu s detmi nebo pro obchodni cestujici. Moznost bezpecneho parkovani. Rychly zadarmo internet. Dostatek obchodu a kavaren. Rozumna cena za ubytovani, tedy pomer cena vykon.
