Reviewed By Ruben UYes, the hotel needs a refreshment… but their people are great and kind. The team is full of attentions for kids and adults (as soon as my wife mentioned she was freezing they brought her a plaid). The breakfast display could be improved by the presence of a live cooking chef and with a higher offer in the Asian corner, but we found our pleasure. My only disappointment is with the bar manager that should question his choice of career in the hospitality industry.

Reviewed By AlesiaM473We adjusted our travel dates a bit so we could stay three nights at this lovely hotel. It was absolutely the right choice! The hotel is very near to both Gordes and Roussillon (and some lesser-known villages like Murs), but it feels remote and offers gorgeous views of the Luberon. Our spacious upgraded suite featured a large sitting area with fireplace, a courtyard, and a private terrace (with a hot tub, table and chairs, and two reclining lounge chairs) and was the perfect place to relax following our active days of hiking and biking. The reception staff was extremely friendly, and both room maintenance and food service were excellent. (The breakfast pastries and complimentary in-room treats – the pain au chocolat, strawberry mille-feuille, chocolate cookies and almond bread - were exceptional!)

Great value in a stunning location
Reviewed By johns320grThe Luberon hill town of Joucas is quiet, sleepy, and not touristy. This hotel, in the midst of a renovation, has spectacular views and will provide great spaces for experiencing Provence at its peaceful, beautiful best. The management and staff are exceptionally kind and accommodating, and they are working hard to bring the hotel's amenities up to new standards. Our early-in-the-season visit was memorable in only good ways, and we hope to return someday to see how they are doing once the work is completed.

A hamlet of 4 beautiful villas - The Bastide, The Mas, The Cottage and The Little House - set in the heart of The Luberon. Each villa has its own private pool and garden. We are within walking distance of the small village of Joucas which has a shop and simple bistro and then 10 minutes drive from the famous hilltop village of Gordes.

Reviewed By WKJCWe have had a wonderful stay at ‘The cottage, even though the cottage might be the smallest on the property, we had enough space with 4 adults and two small girls.The house is nicely decorated and bedrooms are the comfiest. The girls had a blast in the garden, running around and having fun in the pool. The outside patio is so comfortable for outside lunch and/or dinner and to have a nice view over the garden.at the same time The property is very well maintained and the gardens are a green oasis, which makes it so intimate and cosy. Next to this, the Luberon area is beautiful, so many nice villages with so many lovely and good restaurants. Last but not least Rosemarie and Nick are the kindest hosts. All in all this makes it so relaxing and comfortable all you need for a perfect holiday!

Nice house and convenient to move around provence
Reviewed By Alex BWe stayed with our 4 years old daughter. The house is very nice, nice swiminpool. The owner is also gardener and therefore the house has a beautiful garden properly maintained. We had all we needed in the apartment, that it has a nice terrace in where we had some nice dinners. The house is close to Gordes (10 min car) and very convinient to move around provence and visit other nice villas. Didier (the owner) does not speak any english.
