The housekeep was amazing and sweet as pie. I loved my room! And there a towel warmer!! ????? I don’t even know I needed such a thing. The bed was soooooo comfy!! I can’t say enough good things.

Long Overdue for an Update

This place is worn down and desperately needs upgrades. Even though there was availability I had to beg for a Diamond upgrade. Sent the hotel multiple texts in advance which were ignored. No ability for remote check out and they claimed that they had bo access to my email to send receipt even though a Diamond Member. On the positive side they did have a security guard in the parking lot and the hostess at breakfast was very nice. I will stay away next time.

Comfortable

Reviewed By CRMays

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It looks like it has been updated. Check in staff and housekeeping were great. Food was okay. Artwork throughout was very different and eclectic, but cool. The drawbacks for me were - when I arrived, I was getting out of the car and the bellmen didn’t move to help with my luggage. Also all the pillows are were super soft - hardly any filling in them.

Secure Location Down Town Jackson

Reviewed By AdamAK47

The hotel was gated and staff was helpful. The location is good as food and services are near. The gated parking is a huge plus and it would be nice if the pool was open. I had a rare occurrence the city power went out and i expected the back up generator or emergency lighting to work but nothing came on.

My experience

Do Not Stay Here

I never write reviews but this is more of a $60 a night hotel and not $150. I booked 2 rooms for our family and they smelled horrible (damp/musky). One room was the worst so we moved 3 time. The last room had a roach which I killed (only saw one). You can tell there had been a leak by the condition of the ceiling. The carpet was so dirty. The towels were stained and tiny. I ended up using our beach towels. People were smoking weed in the lobby even though there was a sign that said no smoking or vaping allowed. We woke up super congested and I had a headache. It was a horrible experience. The location is good since it’s right off the interstate. But all 4 rooms smelled damp/musky/moldy and that’s a problem. The second room, both comforters felt damp. There was hair on the pillows. We stopped here on our way to the beach. I love staying at Holiday Inn Express but this was a bad one. Never again will I stay here.

The people at Homewood Suites were awesome and welcoming to my family and I. We felt safe in the area. The room was clean and spacious for my family of 3. We were greeted by the staff for breakfast and they made sure we had what we needed. Breakfast was hot although they were missing items due to a truck delay of goods. Other than that our stay was great! Thank you Jackson Homewood staff!

Great location near the highway. Rooms clean and staff very friendly. Breakfast was fine. There was not a restaurant close by but did find an Applebees a few miles away. Stayed here because they accept pets.
