We stopped by for dinner with the family. Half the family ordered breakfast and the other ordered supper. Service was fast and friendly. Food was delicious and plentiful... Best part- the bill was less than what we pay at other restaurants. Highly recommend this restaurant for any meal you're craving..

I love stopping at the Hilltop for breakfast. It's a fantastic little diner right on Old 31 in Lakeville. Generous portions, super friendly wait staff, all the diner classics plus a few unexpected twists. Great little place with tons of charm. And incredibly reasonably priced.

I was very excited to try Ruhe for the first time and it did not disappoint. This is not at all what you would expect to find in a small town, once inside you’ll think you’re in a major metropolitan area. Prices are comparable to what you would find in a larger market, but the portion sizes are not. Portions are more than ample, so expect to have some to take home. Since it’s a brewery, I opted for beer and loved each of them. The first was a mojito lager, the hint of mint was unlike any other beer I have tasted, and I enjoyed it. The second was a tropical gose. Very light, very refreshing, and very tasty. I wanted to try the sushi and opted for the tempura shrimp with asparagus. The pieces weren’t too large to eat as one bite. We shared between two people and it didn’t leave me feeling too full. I love salmon and had the choice of grilled Scottish salmon or wasabi Caesar, I opted for the latter. The addition of wasabi was not something I have had before and it was a great subtle addition, especially against the sweetness of the teriyaki. It came on a bed of flatbread. Creative way to serve it in a bit of a deconstructed Caesar approach. I would recommend just two pieces of flatbread as opposed to three. Even two would make it ample. Overall, a very good first experience at Ruhe152 and I would most definitely return again to sample more of what they offer. Thank you so much for the kind words, we are very happy that you enjoyed your experience!!! Cheers!

Amish Acres Restaurant Barn

Had not been here in a lot of years but remembered the wonderful food so I bragged to family about the food and that it was a wonderful place to eat. Was sadly disappointed in this experience. Ordered the Threshers meal for 4 adults. Bean soup was watery with no flavor. Coffee was yuck. Meat was dry, only 1 scoop mashed potatoes for 4 people, no flavor in dressing, little fruit in the pie and it was really small. Service slow. Bread was good and so was pickles. We left the restaurant hungry and sad.Thank you for your review. We're sorry that you did not have the best experience for dining. Our Threshers Dinner is family style and is all you care to eat so you can always ask for more. We are sorry if the meat was dry and we would have loved the chance to make your meal right when you were here. Feel free to give me a call at 574-773-4188 ext 207 to discuss your meal.

We were in Nappanee to visit the Newmar factory and enjoy the area. We had read that the Dutch Kitchen was THE place to eat when visiting Newmar. The morning of the tour we headed there for breakfast and almost missed the tour! The breakfast was so good. The true winner was the bread! You can tell it's homemade just by looking at it. (We were told it's made offsite)The service and food was excellent. Everything is clean and nice - very homey. While visiting Nappanee please give the Dutch Kitchen a try. We think you'll be as pleased as we were. Already looking forward to our next visit - and more bread! Thanks to the ladies at the Dutch Kitchen!Cheers,L&JMiami Beach

Location: In a strip of stores on the main strip thru town. Given Bremen's a town of 4500, shouldn't be able to miss it.Inside: Order at the counter then get your table/seat. There's a nice separate couch/lounging seating area in the front. Main area has several tables. Not sure if there's wifi or not. Decor is not 5 star but not bare either. Decent enough to have your society meetings!Menu: Limited menu, with several choice of traditional brewed coffee, some yogurt and breakfast pastries. Lunch offers some soup, sandwiches, etc. Decent food (got a mocha and soup to go). Torani flavors. Pricing-affordable. In all, your average, small, local coffee shop, but given I found it in a small, "drive through in a blink" town, definitely a plus.
