Very Nice Rental Property.
Reviewed By travellouieWe stayed in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom premium suite recently. It was very nice. Had a balcony looking at the intracoastal waterway with a dock for fishing and across the street was a short walk to the beach. Great location, walking distance to restaurants and great coffee shop, Indian Shores Cafe. Staff all very friendly and accommodating. Units have been updated but are showing some wear and there were some spots on carpeting in different areas. We all enjoyed our stay though and would stay again.

Reviewed By dabe50We enjoyed our stay at this resort. The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars was because the furniture in the living room felt very warn and in need of replacement. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was great. It was nice to be able to make our own food and have meals outside on our little patio. The staff around the resort and in the office were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall we will stay here again!

Sun n Fun Beachfront Rentals. Location, Location, Location. Historically, this is the most beautiful spot on the tropical barrier islands of Tampa Bay between Clearwater and St Pete. The Gulf of Mexico and private white sand beach is right out your door. Wade out to the shallow sand bar to explore for shells and sand dollars or walk across the street to watch the yachts go by and fish in the bay. Old Timers call this part of the island "The Narrows" where the sand is just wide enough for a single row of homes. The large home and carriage house are now converted into 6 Gulf front suites featuring full kitchens, pillow top beds, and fantastic views. Awarded one of the highest scores on the beach by Superior Small Lodging. Kids love an old place surrounded by water. We are small and personable. We hope to see you soon !

Reviewed By I6770BEbobwThe room was so so, but the view was incredible. The furniture is old and not too comfortable, and the stove is really unlevel. The bed was quite comfortable, but there is a bright light outside on the building next door that was pretty annoying. There is a plexiglass pane in the bedroom window that really needs to be replaced. Access to the beach was good, but the stairs from our unit (#4) was a challenge to navigate to and from the beach.

Do you want a room near the water? Is outside your door close enough? Because the hotel is located on the narrow section of the barrier island, the waves of the Gulf of Mexico brush the shore about 150 feet from the property. The sound of waves are always present. With only six villas Sand Glo is like your own private house on the beach. Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, gas grill, linens, wireless, free long distance, compete kitchens, and off street parking add to the feel of this being your home.
Do not stay here with kids! Not family friendly!
Reviewed By Familycamping08My sister was staying here with her 2 kids. My other sister and I plus a friend decided to meet up on the beach which is public with our kids for a girls day. This property allows for guests to use the kayaks and beach toys on site. The kids were having a great time using the equipment when the property manager yells at the kids to put it all away. She tried to tell My sister that if we didn't leave 'her strip' of the beach which is public, she would be kicked out of the condo with her kids during spring break when there was nowhere to go. She was so nasty to the kids and downright condescending. She insisted I didn't have the number of kids that I have. Save yourself and your family from a crazy lady watching your kids with binoculars and don't stay here. This women obviously hates children.

Beautiful condo building needs attention
Reviewed By beachmom86We stayed in 403 and the condo was just perfect. The downside was the pool was never disinfected or cleaned and neither was the elevator. We never saw any maintenance and lawn/garage staff during our 4 night stay. There was a large family staying next to us and they took over the pool leaving boogie boards and trash. They were loud and didn't really care about other guests. The building needs a definite update. We had no cable TV for 1 1/2 days due to the owner not paying the bill. Don't think we would return.

Why book a hotel room when you can have a whole condo for the same price? Every condo is individually owned and uniquely different. We have a condo to fit most needs. All condos are spacious and include free WIFI, basic cable and a nice balcony. Condos are well equipped with linen, towels, dishes and kitchenware but we do not provide daily housekeeping or incidental items. Sea Club is a beautiful property that offers a year round heated pool, shuffle board, fishing pier, and barbecue grill area. If you would like a tour of the property and the condos available please call to make an appointment. We are a vacation Condo rental business in Indian Shores, Florida. We offer 1 and 2 bedroom condos on the Intracoastal right across the street from the beautiful white sand beaches. All condos have fully equipped kitchens, linens and towels. Our property has a beautiful, large heated pool, shuffleboard, barbeque grills and a private fishing pier. Beach access is across the street.

Reviewed By sukiOregonWe stayed here as an exchange with interval international timeshare. I picked it because it is right on the beach and sounded decent. However this place is a dump. Here are the pros and cons. Pro- the women in the office are very nice. It is right on the beach. The units are spacious. Cons- it’s on the beach, but good luck getting a room with a view, we had a lovely view of the busy street in front. The first impression is a filthy decrepit elevator- there is no lobby. Furniture is so old and dated and looks like it came right from a goodwill store. Towels are literally paper thin. There is no shampoo, body wash, lotion, hair dryer or laundry detergent ( I did call the office and asked to borrow a hair dryer). I asked about getting clean towels and was told that I had to wash my own and that’s why there is a washer in the unit - of course there’s no soap so you have to buy your own. I took a few pictures of an end table, the entrance elevator, and a picture of the amenity of free beach chairs that are left by previous guests, beautifully dumped by the garbage dumpster for you to pick through. I’m sorry, office crew were nice to me but I won’t be back

Reviewed By johnsT1167JGOur unit was well maintained, and clean. Beds were comfortable, pool is nice, and beach is great. Easy to book, and no issues checking in. I would caution for the week of July 4th, there has been a ton of teenagers partying. The HOA is working on this as a few tenants were bringing in a ton of guests. This makes security have to enforce bands ect, as a few people let in 100. Off of the 4th of july, it was calm and great.
