Ble is situated in the very small village of Tokoro and it was surprising to find this very good restaurant serving steak as well as other western dishes like Chicken Pot Pie.The restaurant décor is lovely decorated with stained glass and is very clean. There are various items found on the menu to choose from or you can order (at least 1 day ahead of time) the Chef's Course dinner for about 8,000 yen. Items on the regular menu are very cheap and a nice lunch can be had for less than 1,000 yen.Service was a tad below par but it may be possible to overlook this. Indeed, the restaurant is operated by the Chef and his wife, there is no staff employed. Considering their location as well as the fact that their prices are very low it is possible to overlook the lack of professional and friendly customer service.I intend to visit this restaurant again someday.
