Asked to be moved.Ginny/Jenny, supervisor, did not want to accommodate. "Is there a problem with it?" Asked for a normal room with tub and to allow a handicapped person who may need the special needs room. She begrudgingly made the change. Asked for dinner recommendations in the are. "you can just walk next door." Next door was another hotel. We found our own restaurants. The next am got to breakfast at 9 and closed at 10. No eggs. Asked the girl playing loud music in the back while on her phone if we could get eggs and she told me breakfast was "done." I informed her there was another hr. She said no done. After another hr and speaking to others she made more food. NEVER STAY HERE. Read good reviews and this is what prompted our choice.

Reviewed By jaibeem0514I love the location of the hotel. The King room was just subpar - the bed (mattress) was awful. I would recommend upgrading the mattresses. The cleanliness was just average, not dirty but not spotless as I had expected. A microwave in the room would have been beneficial. The desk staff was polite but not very informative or displaying a true genuine desire to assist guest. One of the housekeepers I encountered in the hallway, even though she did not speak English, went out of her way to assist me with towels, by using an app on her phone to translate what I said to her, now that was commendable. For the Marriott, I think you can just add some guest perks and upgrades in the room. The Shower by way is the best accommodation to the room.

Nasty room and service
Reviewed By mws813Booked this hotel through Priceline for February 5-6, first room I was assigned I walked in and it smelled like a smoking lounge. Went downstairs and the lady apologized and said they were busy the last few days because of snow and a lot of people left without paying etc - what does that have to do with cleanliness and smoke? Do not clean the rooms? Second room seemed okay at first, but after starting to sleep woke up with severe sinus issues and thought I may be getting a cold but when I looked closer the entire bed was covered in thick dust and I have an allergy. Took a shower and checked out early. Front desk apologized and said a manager will contact me and no one ever did. I contacted Priceline and they called the hotel and Eddie the manager refused a refund because he said I used the room. Horrible service and they know I didn't use the room fully as I checked out early and the advertised airport shuttle, my reason for staying, was not operable at all. I would never recommend this nasty hotel and horrible service to my worst enemy.

Bug problems
Reviewed By Flyer259023The hotel looked clean enough, and we booked for price and proximity to the airport. We noticed there were a ton of ants at one of the exit doors at check in. In our room we killed several small flying insects and when we woke up in the morning anything that had ever been touching food was swarmed by ants. As we left we informed the front desk about the problem and they just said they knew.

Bathroom shower disgusting
Reviewed By kimhK2861ERThe bathroom shower was full of black and pink mold in all the crevices and the shower floor was thick with scum. Have never seen a hilton like this. I could not have been the first to complain about this!
