Sommes allés manger en semaine du couscous. En avons commandés différents. Ils étaient copieux et bons. Le service était sympathique. Avons bien mangé et n'avons pas eu à regretter notre choix

We were seven, we all had couscous royal. Food was really delicious and server was extremely nice. We had different desserts and we all appreciated what we had, I'd recommend the dame Blanche. We ended with tea and I had a Coke. 30 euros per person. Reasonable given the service and portions we had. I would certainly go back.

Having read the reviews on TA I was looking forward to dining at La Pameraie -unfortunatley it wasnt the case..things went badly from the start..offered a table in the corner with small flies buzzing around...didnt think much of it so ordered...chose chicken and beef kebab couscous..wish I hadnt. the chicken came under cooked and raw in the middle, the beef tough and tasteless..Still more flies..(in the middle of autumn!). Very poor couscous..terrible mint tea. Overall a bad experience and definitely 'i wont be coming back'. Avoidc est un avis,o n a le droit de s exprimer . toujours bon a prendre je suis en chasse de cette fameuse mouche je ferais plus attention a la cuisson du poulet et de me perfectionner en cuisine anglaise . thank you for your viste

we stumbled across this restaurant on a Saturday night around 8pm. We had no reservation but were immediately seated ( 3 adults) even though the restaurant was very busy. As we were non French speaking English people we had the menu (which is presented on a large chalkboard brought to the table) patiently explained to us. The food was served quite quickly, but not too quickly that you thought it was pre prepared, we had the feeling the food was freshly prepared for each customer. The food was absolutely delicious, from memory I had the mixed cold meat starter, the Lamb for main course and the mixed desert. Each course was delicious and ample. The lamb was gorgeous, and I can particularly recommend the mixed desert, it was absolutely beautiful, and very good value for money. The service was excellent, and even though we were foreigners we were made to feel very welcome. The owner himself served us, he was busy all night taking and serving orders. At the end of the night we were treated to a complimentary glass of Limoncello and Grappa, which was a lovely touch. When we are working in Tourcoing again we will definitely revisit this great restaurant.

L'Etoile de Damas devenue l'Etoile syrienne s'est agrandie. Les mezze sont les mêmes, variés, copieux et délicieux. Il y a désormais du vin pour les accompagner.Le patron et la patronne sont hyper chaleureux. Que demander de plus? Un restaurant comme on aimerait en rencontrer plus souvent.
