Reviewed By Vicky OThis hotel is beautifully taken care of. It is so clean and the grounds are well taken care of. Breakfast was amazing, fully stocked right up until the end of breakfast. Many choices and great coffee. The room was clean and cool. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. We loved that the beds had complete dust covers over them. The staff were wonderful, welcoming and so lovely. Check out was easy and the check out papers were sent via email on request. We just LOVED this hotel out of all the ones we stayed this trip, the best. Highly recommend

Reviewed By Tracey MWe had driven 12 hours and wanted a place to sleep as we were exhausted. The hotel lobby is beautiful and the check in was nice. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was good and the lady working the breakfast was so nice. We would definitely stay there again.

I mistakenly left a external hard drive in my room and they found it and contacted me immediately and sent it to me within two days. The continental breakfast had many selections and the staff were constantly cleaning and complying with Coronavirus Standards!! I was very surprised to see other reviews contrary to my experience! Shean and his staff were professional in the hospitality business, I would certainly stay there again!! ????

Reviewed By CrafttyThis was a fantastic hotel. It’s stylish decor and well designed rooms made it super comfortable. From the lobby to the room, everything is sleek and modern, but warm and inviting. The room was spacious, and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was bright and clean with a large shower and great shower head. The employees were cheerful and helpful. Ou stay included a hot breakfast with choices of waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, mini quiche, and typical cold breakfast items. Greenfield was a great stop, too. The area has a nice shopping district with plenty of restaurant options. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone in the Indianapolis area.

The room was smelling Cigarette really bad, beds had insects I call them to do something and they dint really dint care ,they told me tomorrow will change the linen. So I ask them linen and I replace them my self No mirror in the sink Really bad experience I don't recommend to any one this place It is really garbage
