She did not only organise our stay at the hotel but also a wine tasting visit in Porrera. More than a hotel manager , she really enjoys been with her guests. We were sad to leave the place and we will definitely be back soon !

Wine Cellar located in the heart of Priorat (Catalan wine region). We have 6 rooms and 1 suite to enjoy the perfect wine experience. Kitchen, barbacue, dinning room with chimney, bar, terrace... are available. Breakfast with local products, winery tour and wine tasting are included in the price. Perfect place to come with a group of friends/family!
Best view ever from room's terrace

The honesty bar, excellent breakfast from local farmers, reasonable price, great communal areas, comfortable bed, huge bathroom with great shower pressure, perfect location for exploring Priorat and the wineries. Very close to at least a half dozen wineries and the monastery. Every one of the seven rooms has its own terrace and the view of the vineyards is unbelievable. You can't help but be relaxed and happy here. Apparently they had a cancellation because we were upgraded to the family suite, which as a living room style additional area next to the bedroom that can be closed off for privacy. We loved everything about this hotel but the noise. Keep in mind this is working winery, and the workers are going to show up and do their work promptly at 8am . . . regardless of whether you want to sleep in, or have been up late at night indulging at the honesty bar. The family suite is right next to the winery's office, and the walls are very thin. That's our only complaint. If you're a light sleeper this will be a problem for you. If not, definitely book. This place is wonderful.

Comfy stay, great views, excellent service
Reviewed By Discover791972We stayed at Buil & Gine for two nights and we got in love with the place. Its employees do everything to make you feel at home (and were successful at it). Since we travelled with two kids we rented the suite, which was very big and comfortable, and the patio offers a fantastic view over the Priorat wine country. We did a Wine tasting with Carlos, who is a lot of fun and an interesting guy to talk to. Sigrid and the other staff members helped us along our stay with reservations and with good tips. We had two breakfasts at their restaurant. Breakfast is serviced with a lot of local products - really very good. We once had also a meal at their restaurant (tasting menu) and it could not have been better. My wife left her belongings in the safety box and the hotel sent it to us for free. Great service and very much appreciated. We certainly hope to go back one day.

Basic but good value for money
Reviewed By 460pernBasic hotel with clean room and all what you need (except air condition! I knew that but it was a warm night....). Good location and good value for money. There is a kitchen and do bring your own breakfast. Not many places to get served breakfast early sunday morning in the village.
