Reviewed By marcow27Wer auf der Suche nach einem hippen Boutique-Hotel ist, der wird vielleicht enttäuscht werden. Wer aber auf der Suche nach einem zentralen Hotel in Grächen ist, bei dem der Skilift und alle anderen Dinge, die im Urlaub wichtig sind, ohne weiteres fußläufig erreichbar sind, der ist beim Alpina genau richtig. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend, das Hotel ist außerordentlich sauber und gepflegt. Besonders erwähnenswert ist noch der Skikeller des Schwesterhotels "Desiree", was auf halben Weg zur Bergbahn gelegen ist. Entspannter kann man einen Skitag nicht beginnen! Und was insbesondere für Leute aus dem €-Raum auch nicht zu verachten ist: Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Unser Rooms chez BeNi, befindet sich ist in Grächen, im autofreien Teil. Ein toller Vorteil für Wanderer, Biker und Erlebnissuchende. In zwei Fussminuten bist du aber auch schon im Dorf. In fünf Minuten bei der Gondelbahn «Hannigalp»
Kind host, good resting and breakfast, very close to bus station and shops
Reviewed By GiuseppeG834The host is a very nice young guy plenty of enthusiasm. He recently renovated the hotel, preserving some nice old furniture or doors. Bathroom is brand new, room are spacious and comfortable. You may have a good rest. To order breakfast (included in the price) you have to fill a form and hand over it in the evening before 8pm. Unfortunately the form is only in German and I had to use an internet translator. Even if the system seems very rigid, when you are actually having breakfast the host is so kind that continuously ask you if you want some more of this or that regardless your reservation. There are no air dryers nor TV in the room. If you need air dryer you may get it from reception, at ground floor there is a lounge with common TV, sofa and some books. The host is very kind and try to accomplish all your requests. The location is very close to the bus station, just 50 m behind the church.

Little Hotel on a little lake/pond in the mountains...
Reviewed By Chris FWe were looking for an average family hotel somewhere in the valley towards Zermatt/Mt. Matterhorn.... Confirming the details by phone, the owners was very friendly. Also, the pictures looked great on their web site - and it actually really is! You definitely need a car though to drive up to the little pond. And it`s worth it. Initially I was a bit disappointed about the "old" rooms but they were very clean and spacious. My wife and kids loved it from the beginning. As we ate dinner somewhere else I did not really try their menue. But we joined the "the crowd" on the beautiful terrace for a desert. The german waitress was super friendly and attentive. So were the owner couple which were greeting all their guests and even stayed for a little small talk. While the sun was setting I quickly checked the emails, drank a tasty double espresso and finished up the desert. My wife in the mean time got the kids ready for bed - what a lovely day:-) The breakfast next morning was good and tasty. (I did not ask for a cooked one - continental did it) What was, again, a very nice surprise was the owner who looked after us in a very friendly way... We will definitely consider the hotel agin when traveling to the area.

Accueil très chaleureux de tout le personnel et service au top ! Magnifique planchette valaisanne de bienvenue si réservation directement via l'hôtel. Ambiance très cosy dans l'espace bar, on s'y sent simplement bien ! Peignoir et chaussons pour le spa dans la chambre Transat à bascule dans la salle de silence du spa, une véritable relaxation !
