Reviewed By CathyDArizonaDesk manager was pleasant, friendly & helpful. Check in was a breeze. Our room was excellent. Our King bed was oh so comfy. Fridge was a nice size and had a little freezer. Having a table and 2 chairs was an added bonus. Loved the small upholstered bench that matched the design on the chairs. There were double blinds on the front window. Bathroom looked brand new too. Nice tile floor too. They had shampoo & bath gel in tub on the wall. Good lighting and a fan. The windows were also brand new. They are in the process of putting up new siding. They have a pool and hot tub but we didn't get a chance to use it. Lived the grassy area in the middle. They had picnic tables? Benches, propane BBQ and even a Cornhole game. Plus there was a bench outside each room. Laundry room was clean and machines were reasonably priced. Office had change too. Ice machine & vending were in the same place as laundry. Great value and nice place right in town but still quiet.

Reviewed By HMM1Great hotel in a beautiful place. Very well managed. Very clean. Rooms and beds are comfortable. Lots of beautiful hikes and walks nearby. Good restaurant on site. My only complaint is that if it rains there is not much to do: the pool is too small for swimming and a ping pong table would be nice as well as a hot tub outside.

Nice accommodation with restaurant and bar
Reviewed By DartSkiDocStayed here overnight while doing some fishing in the area on recommendation of my guide. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was adequate and clean, though get a room on side opposite of road - the traffic/truck noise was challenging. Dinner and breakfast were great. I did not use the pool but it looked nice. The exercise room annoyingly requires a separate key pass from the office. I'd stay again.

Fresh and clean
Reviewed By ChrisJ358This is a roadside motel in Gorham that is nicely priced, clean, and fairly quiet. I had people in rooms on either side of me and didn’t hear them at all. There is street noise, but i use a white noise app and didnt notice it that much. It seems it has been remodeled recently and everything looks fresh and new. Very clean - would stay again!

In other words lumpy... could not get comfortable...It was clean and we did like that we had a refrigerator but at my age I need a good mattress...otherwise would have a 3 star

After waiting 2 hours to check in because the rooms weren’t ready, the room was still filthy and reeked of smoke even though it was a “nonsmoking “ room. I would have asked for another room but I had to leave early and couldn’t wait another 2 hours for another room.

Located in the heart of White Mountains and in close range to all attractions. All rooms have air conditioning, fridges, cable TV. Non smoking rooms. Restaurant nearby and within walking distance. Mount Washington is only 10 minutes drive. Story land is 25 minutes drive and Santa Village is 20 minutes. All rooms are on ground level and free parking is available.Please note that most of the property has been redecorated in 2013.

If you are in desperate need of a place to sleep, the sheets at least seemed to be clean, but they covered a mattress that was beyond its useful life and the pillows outdated that. I tried not to look too hard, but the bathroom door had chunks out of the bottom, the tub needed cleaning and the shower curtain replacing. It was a $59 room at best and the charge was over $125. The two pluses were that it didn’t stink and the gentleman who checked us in was very pleasant.

Reviewed By AdventureNikDecent Breakfast - Dirty toilet The good, breakfast take away was pretty good with decent amount of choices especially here during the pandemic and an excellent huge commercial gym and a nice large indoor heated pool. The bad, toilet filthy had pee all over it and the bed looked like a 5 year old had made it up. And no internet service for the 3 days that we were there, complained about it but no change. Do not stay here if you are a business traveler that needs wifi.
