In fact, here in Golden, Colorado more beer is brewed than any other town in America. Great Location for Concerts
Reviewed By 609jeffreyyGreat location and staff was friendly. Rooms are nice and beds are comfortable. Shuttle service (paid) took us back and forth to show. Def has a modern/trendy vibe in common areas. No complaints about the service/facilities, just more about price vs amenities (value). The restaurant/bar was slammed before the show, closed after, and then breakfast was counter service and employee seemed overstretched (not their fault). Not being able to use the restaurant/bar really just turned it into an overnight stay for us which we could have gotten a more basic hotel and an Uber to show.

The Cantina serves great margaritas and delicious Southwestern Food. We love the SW ambiance and wonderful friendly staff. It is our go to spot for a little getaway. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Amazing boutique property!
Reviewed By lahuml54We were coming to the Red Rocks for Michael Franti concert and decided to stay in Golden instead of Denver. We lucked upon this amazing hotel property and highly recommend it. The property is new the the rooms are very upscale and modern, there is a great bar and restaurant with fun outdoor activities such as live music, e bikes, yoga and lawn games. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate your every need, and being a group of 7 women, we were needy! Forgot toothbrush, they have it, need ear plugs, they've got them, can't sleep well, they'll provide a sleep machine, don't know how reading lights work, they'll run right up to instruct! So many extra touches, free coffee bar on every floor, complimentary breakfast, great rooftop gathering spots and a perfect location too with a beautiful walk or bike ride along the creek into Golden. Definitely a great find!

Reviewed By alorab881When we first checked into the room the blackout curtain was on the ground. We were told maintenance would come fix it, which they did. We were offered a different room, but our 4 month old baby had just fallen asleep, so why move her over that? After we got settled in we noticed hair on the pillow cases and a tear in the comforter, again, gross, but whatever. The bathroom mirror was busted and looked like it came from the dump. The carpet was stained. On top of that, at 10:30 at night there was what I’m assuming was a child running on the second floor. It was so loud in our room that my baby was having difficulty sleeping. I hate to be “that person” but I also don’t want an upset baby because someone else is letting their child run the halls at night, so I call the front desk. The guy that answered the phone was extremely rude and said “well I’m checking guests in right now so it’s going to be awhile before I handle it” and hung up the phone. Stay at the Holiday Inn right next to the Hampton. Don’t waste your time here.

Great Location and Quite Nice Hotel
Reviewed By stevenutahThis hotel is well located just off of I-70 in Golden. It has great access to the mountains and decent access to downtown Denver via US Highway 6. No mention was made of our platinum status and no upgrade was offered. The rooms are attractive and clean, but they are a bit small for a full service Marriott. The bathrooms are also small. The lobby has been remodeled and is very modern while the room decor is more traditional. Some may feel the hotel is a bit dated. It was reasonably priced and a good value, though. We would stay here again.

An easy drive from the airport to West Denver, good place to sleep, not a place to hang out.
Reviewed By Stephen PThis proved to be a good choice for our trip to attend a filly memorial service. It is conveniently located, a straight shot from the airport on I-70 about 45 minutes west. It was convenient to all the events. It was not, however, a hole up and relax kind of place. The room was clean with good beds so it proved a good place to sleep. The room design is awkward for two people. The flow of the room meant we were always in each other’s way. There was no guide to the cable TV so watching required an hour of surfing to figure out what to watch. We discovered when we arrived that the room phone had no dial tone. Two days along it is not fixed. Breakfast was very good. There were eggs, bacon, waffles, oatmeal, granola and fruit including fresh strawberries and blueberries. I didn’t see any pastries or bread ( not a problem for me). The coffee was good. The room didn’t get cleaned the first day we were here. It remains to be seen whether it will happen today. Overall this was a very practical place for us for our specific purposes and for those purposes the service was adequate but for a general stay I might look elsewhere.

Reviewed By Mike CNO complimentary breakfast not even coffee. The room was spacious but one very small sink with little counter space. Tiny refrigerator and small TV. Worst of all was the poor lighting. Very dim. On the upside the bed was excellent and the staff was exceptional- very friendly and helpful. For the price, we found it very disappointing.

Reviewed By bigbooty12The motel was not at all what I was expecting. The sofa bed was not fit for my dogs to sleep on, dirty and wore out. There were also no sheets, pillows or blankets in the room for the sofa bed. Bathroom was dirty with hair on the floor. For the price I was thinking at least the room was clean.

Reviewed By 516deshawnrI came to red rocks to see a killer show and stopped at this hotel. This hotel was close to Denver but without the Hussle and Hussle. I got an early check in and this was great because I was early for tailgating. The lady knew exactly what to do and I took her advice for red rocks parking. I was able to wake up and eat one great bacon and cinnamon rolls. The staff seems like they care about cleanliness and stocking things. The lady on duty made sure that the staff was cleaning anything and everything in sight. It was funny watching her ask them if it was spicy and span. It makes me feel good knowing that people care since I have stayed in some questionable hotels.
