Friendly & design spaces with bar & restaurant open 24/7.
So bad, I move back out a day early (and lost my money)
Reviewed By blondmarkEklo, Bordeaux, is the worst run hotel I've ever stayed in, and the only one I've ever moved out of after paying. • ROOM CRAMPED AND DIRTY ON ARRIVAL (dust on surfaces from building site) • ROOM NOT SERVICED AT ALL (no explanation) • NO TOILET PAPER • TV NOT WORKING • LIGHT NOT WORKING • BASIN UNUSABLE (plug locked) • VERY NOISY DAY AND NIGHT (paper thin walls and opposite a building site) • ONE THIN PILLOW (refused another) Complaining to the receptionist when checking out a day early, she sympathised and told me she had already quit and knows just how bad this hotel is. The Hotel Manager on the other hand just hid and refused to respond in any way.

Reviewed By NymphonidaeModern and really clean rooms, friendly staff for a low price. The hostel is located near public transport that will get you to the center of Bordeaux in 10 min. The building is in a brand new bright and welcoming district of the town Great breakfast, they even have a bar.

Perfect location in a modern hostel
Reviewed By aswisstravellerCHWe stayed there for three nights and enjoyed its proximity to the vieille ville and all the beauty Bordeaux has to offer. The common areas are spacious, modern and clean. The room we stayed in (mixed dorm, 6beds) was tidy, the beds comfy but for sure the dorms are very small but for a city trip you don’t need more as you’re mostly out exploring places anyway. We ate breakfast there two times: you get a juice, a hot drink& a croissant for 4€! We would definitely recommend this hostel!

Shared common spaces (kitchen, living room, patio, BBQ) - The Villa Zenith Hostel - L'ANNEXE : is an apartment with air conditionnated with private rooms and bathrooms and shared common spaces (kitchen, living room and the garden of the Surf House with BBQ) The Villa is an incomparable setting on the Lacanau-Ocean Beach coastline and has been sought out by people looking for the perfect surfing and bodyboarding getaway. The Villa is a charming stone house from the beginning of the century located in the middle of the station in a quiet district at 200m from the beach. There is every part GOOD VIBES ! ;)

Reviewed By Tessa BIt was a nice and bright room in a beautiful home, everything was well organized and beach, restaurants, cafe's anything at walking distance. Would definitly recommend and book again if in the neighbourhood!

Not flawless or too cheap, but pleasant and welcoming
Reviewed By AliFranchiI stayed at Hostel20 for just one night. It proved a great choice to experience the tiny, enchanting and welcoming town of Bayonne and its Basque heritage. The staff was welcoming and friendly, and the location is great. It's only a few minutes away from the railway and bus stations (or at least, the Flixbus stop, only a couple streets away from the Gare centrale) in the Petit Bayonne, across the river from the old town (Grand Bayonne) but no less nice. Actually, crossing the river can be quite spectacular, but I'm digressing.

Reviewed By guid813Good reception, nice rooms, and wooooonderful breakfast ! Everything is really clean ! The staff is attentive. A wide variety of people stay there ! However, the hostel is quite far from the centre of Bordeaux (at least 30 mins of travel)

The Cheeky Family is an Hostel, a surf school and a Surfcamp for those who want to take both! We are in 3min walk to the beach and 5min walk to the center for the shopping and for the bar :) It's a unique place in Lacanau-Beach where you will felt like in your house :) There is an outside garden with some eco table where you can take your breakfast in the sunshine, or play some ping-pong!! You have also a BIG chill ROOM where you can read some books or play some cards game or drink a beer in the same time you're playing baby-foot !!

Even the welcoming was unfriendly, if you don’t say hello nothing would come! I don’t know if the girl don’t like english speakers?! But it seems that she don’t like the work there! The kitchen was always so dirty! No one cleans everything, it was very discusting! And until midnight is music on and at 8:30am is the music on again. Ok it’s a Hostel, but you even can’t say anything to anyone, otherwise you will get a very cheeky answer! So it has a real name! Cheeky! Good luck if you will stay there!

Reviewed By Mélibée FNiché au cœur d’un bois, si vous désirez nature et convivialité, c’est l’endroit idéal. Merci au chef pour ces supers tapas accompagnés de succulents cocktails. Une eau à 28 degrés qui facilite grandement l’apprentissage du Wakeboard. Sinon le paddle reste accessible à tous et même au tout petit.

Just The Job
Reviewed By FairCityFrasieBasic but very clean and well run hostel 5-10 minutes walk from Bordeaux's main shopping street. Bunk bed in a fairly large four-person room with en-suite bathroom/shower/toilet. All very clean and brightly/freshly decorated but you need to provide own towels and toiletries. Fresh bedding and breakfast included in the remarkably inexpensive rate (circa 25 Euros per night). Reception only open between 4:30pm and 7:30pm so make sure you arrive in this period. Self check-out at any time before 11:00am - just close the door behind you. I'd stay here again if in Bordeaux for a day or so. S'Cool but quite hot when I was there!
