First time seeing this place. So, I thought why not! It's a cute, small place in downtown Hiram next to the post office. The owner is also the cook, he is very nice and funny. He welcomes everyone that comes in the door like family. He explained his menu, I decided to try the hammy (hamburger) with his homemade chili, mustard, onions and cheese. It comes with chips and a drink. The hamburger was great! Cooked to perfection! His chili was very flavorful, great seasoning. It was just enough to fill me up without making me miserable lol.I would highly recommend this quaint little place!

We ate lunch here and were satisfied as usual. Serving sizes to fit all. I enjoyed a hamburger and fries and my husband enjoyed his cheeseburger and, of course, his cookies and cream shake! Casual atmosphere, reasonable prices and fairly quick service. Would return. (You can ask for a smaller shake if you don't want the larger size and still have the enjoyment!).

Walked in here with a team of 22 people needing lunch and the supervisor on duty came out to talk to us, give us an offer, created a menu for us and went ahead to serve us. Such great service from very friendly staff. I loved their attitude, helpfulness and service.When the food came, we did not regret. The chick-fil-a Chicken Sandwich was great. What do they put in it? I feel hungry just remembering the meal.What a great time we had!

We've been to Firehouse Subs in other cities but this one had a different feel to it. The workers did a great job, the bread and meats were fresh, the service was great, and the place was clean. When in the area, we'll definitely stop here again.

First time going to Firehouse and when you walk in the door, you are greeted with welcome to firehouse :). The subs are great we did 3 different foot longs, the meatballs was very tasted. You wont be disappointed if you want a sub of any kind.

tried one more time on Saturday morning, drive through wrapped around and people inside waiting almost out the doorFirst time I went about a month ago was second person inside, took 45 minutes, no kidding. Only one person in store entire time trying to do everything. Had to wait because had training class across street.

Had two tacos and a bean burrito, they were served hot. Went thru the drive-thru to enjoy them at home. Did order extra onions, and there was a 50 cents surcharge(I was shocked-- NO ONE charges for extra onion, in this town!)and then, when I got home, THERE WERE NONE ON MY ORDER. I was so upset, I haven't been back, should have called the manager. I usually have no complaints with this Taco Bell.

We had the chicken finger meal recently and it was very good. The crinkle fries were good. I had mine on a bun and my wife had hers on Texas toast. Both meals were enjoyable. For fast food, we would recommend this restaurant
