We have not been to this location in Athens before but did go for the Sunday buffet. They had a good variety of items and the hot and sour soup was very good. The bill was $30 for the three of us which i felt was a good price. We will be back.

My husband and I have visited this restaurant multiple times for the Korean BBQ. Weâve tried the bulgogi and chicken with the vegetable and kimchi sides, which were both tasty. Note: Most dishes and sauces are gluten free. The service and cleanliness are acceptable. The restaurant never seems busy. It is a bit off the beaten path which may be to blame. This restaurant is owned and operated by the same family as Shokitini in downtown Athens.

It was my birthday. I had the sashimi lunch, my friend had the grilled salmon. The miso soup, though tasty, was lukewarm. Both entrees were good. We asked about any âspecialâ for birthdays and were each presented with a delicious mochi at no charge, Our server was friendly, attentive, and just chatty enough to make the occasion feel special.

Maybe something is wrong with me -- I know lots and lots of people who rave about Donna Chang's. But I have been there twice, and both times felt the same way -- nothing spectacular about any of the food and the prices are too high. This time we had crab rangoon, pickled vegetables, seared bok choy, and the moo shu pork. Crab rangoon had hardly any flavor to it. Pickled veggies were the color of bubble gum and not that good. Seared bok choy was good. I've had better moo shu pork at your standard Chinese restaurant. Specialty cocktails were okay but not overly generous on the serving size. Wait staff was very good. Tables are crowded together. No desire to go back for a third try. As I say, maybe it is just me.

Often I dont review places. This has taught me a lesson. When a place is good or even just acceptable I will be more diligent because if a restaurant is good then they deserve praise. Thai Spoon deserves ridicule. This is a terrible restaurant. The tea is cold, the food is old, the portions are small, the restaurant is not clean, it is cold. When I saw that the restaurant has 81 from the health inspector I should have walked out. We eat Thai food in ever town, but NEVER again at Thai Spoon.

People rave about this place. Everyone I know seems to want to go here for dinner when we go out, but I don't really get why. Their tacos are really just okay (not extremely harmonious flavors and sometimes dry), although there are lots of interesting options. The bowls are fairly small and unimpressive. The menu is fun to read, but the actual food is just eh! Their salsa is not very good and their chips were not salted. HOWEVER, their Asian Nachos are the only truly sublime food item that I've gotten there. DEFINITELY give them a try if you are forced to go- they are very unique. It's a large pile of crispy wontons(?) with delicious saucy barbecue, pico de gallo, and queso on top.

We take the best flavors from the East and the West to dish up a variety of fusion tacos, salads, appetizers & cocktails in a contemporary setting.
Server was good, food was delivered quickly, place was clean, but the hostess was off. Threw our menu on the floor and generally did not sound like she wanted to be there. The rest of the staff were very good. Bowls were tasty and the tacos we had were full, of a little too full, with maybe a little too much sauce. The price seemed right.

The Grit is surrounded by thriving businesses. Itâs filled with throngs of happy customers who know theyâll get a big delicious meal that just happens to be without meat. They know weâre not food snobs or health police. Only a small portion of our custome
Every time I walked by The Grit something smelled good, we finally had lunch which was very enjoyable. I had the TLT on a homemade bread and a side salad with a zucchini dressing which was unbelievable. I was able to try the back bean chili which was ever good as well. Service was great. Atmosphere was cool with interesting art and just a good feel. I enjoyed very much. Iâll definitely return.
