In town for business. Nice atmosphere. Seems like an old converted gas station or shop. Food was excellent but did take a while to get. I recommend the scallops.

Food was excellent, I mean really good. But as other reviews have stated, really slow and aloof service. Don't seem to care. We almost left when we noticed nobody had been served. We just relaxed and rolled with it. Probably won't stop again when traveling through, takes to long.

My wife and I traveled 90 miles from home to eat here once again. My wife had the usual salad and said it was good. I always get Uncle James’ Pork Chops with grits and fried okra. I must admit I was disappointed. Not sure if they’ve changed cooks or what, both chops and okra undercooked and grits tasteless. Also the restaurant smelled like poured whiskey— extremely unpleasant odor. Maybe it’ll be better for others.

We saw the restaurant while just out in Madison on a Sunday afternoon. What a find! Nice selection of southern menu items and all were excellent. Hubby had the fried catfish, collards and slaw. I had the pulled pork. Homemade sweet cornbread was a treat. Can accommodate a large group and children. Staff was pleasant and welcoming.

My most recent visit mirrors previous dinners here - excellent food, a wine selection that is basic but tasty (and not expensive) and service that is notably good. The space is interesting with two levels (bar and dining service below and more dining above). There are some outside tables, but I've never seen them in use. Last visit was a dinner - tuna on risotto - both were cooked perfectly. The wine was great and it was too much food to contemplate dessert - but they look good! The location is somewhat hidden on the back side of Town Park, but useful parking close by. Highly recommended.

This place offers a big area to purchase local home grown friends & veggies! You can choose from a large selection of gluten free, vegetarian, vegan & management more types of products! Personally we like the selection of meats that are marinated & some paired with veggies. This is a great place with just the right amount of selections for almost any person. Quick & easy access from I-20 & packaged small enough for one or two people or call in advance & they will prepare for larger groups. We like to support local merchants that represent their community in such as positive way! They also offer a Resturant & ice cream shop. The “only” downside was that we purchased a small soft-served ice cream but it was very “icy”, like instead of creamy! It wasn’t what we expected but we would NOT let this stop from visiting again! We will highly recommend this Market & advise all that are traveling near, to stop by & Shop or eat! They also offer some local “souvenir type” items, again from local crafters!! Don’t miss this treasure find!!!

After picking up goat feed at Godfrey's decided to go somewhere different for lunch than usual fast food. Ended up here at 220. What a great surprise. Amazing food and outstanding service. Party of 4 ate a variety of dishes from club sandwich, crab cakes to Cioppino. Opted for creme brulee and fruit napoleon for desserts to share both were yummy. Creme brulee was the best I've had in a ling time. We will definitely be back. Large variety to choose from even on lunch menu.
