Située au col du Hundsruck, à la limite de le franche comté et de l'alsace, on s'y sent tellement bien que l'on a envie d'y passer sa vie.L'accueil est exceptionnel; quant aux plats : ici tout est fait maison; les entrées : buffet excellent , les vols aux vents à tomber par terre, le magret de canard comme vous n'en dégustez jamais, tout est à volonté ; le vin blanc nous réconcilie avec l'alsace et les desserts mieux qu'à la maison. Bref une amie nous a fait découvrir cette perle et depuis c'est un pur bonheur.Merci.J'ajoute que les prix sont très doux : 132 eur. pour 5 et deux enfants.

Très beau restaurant décoré avec goût Un service irréprochable par la propriétaire et ses employées.Des plats toujours originaux, bon et beau.Le choix en resto sympa est important à Cernay, mais théière et couvert est vraiment tout en haut de la liste des resto sympa aux alentours de la villeCourez y sans aucune hésitation

Stopped on our way from Lorrain to Zurich in this beautiful restaurant.Had very good and tasty Menu de jour at 14 Euros including prestarter, starter, main dish, predesert and dessert.Service and decor are very high level. The restaurant got good reviews both in Michelin And Gault-Millau guides and specializes itself on seafood mainly. We had our lunch at their summer terasseCon's:Wines are expensive, payed 18 euros for half liter caraffe of Gewurtztaraminer!There is no good ventilation of the summer terasse and was very hot.I believe it's very good choice to eat good a-la cart dinner with your loved one at a pleasant autentic athmosphere. All other customers were french (mainly couples above 50)Closed: Mondays, Tuesdays

The atmosphere, the wine, the food and the service - all at very high class, but still to a decent price. We highly recommend it - and also to stay at the hotel, one should not drive away after such a nice and romantic dinner!

LdF varies a lot in quality with regard to its hotel restaurants. Hostellerie d'Alsace offers a spacious dining space with discreet colours, and gentle spacing between the tables. The service is attentive, and you are given the impression that there is sufficient waiter capacity to cope with a full restaurant. Just what a guest wants, when you are eagerly waiting for your meal. I had a package deal whith all meals included, - sometimes a gamble in a shady hotel. This hotel excels in the quality/price they offer. Fantastic ingredients, - well made by a skilled chef, and a very sensible pricing of their wines. I can't give full scores, since this is not a 3 star Guide Micheling restaurant, - but it is the best LdF restuarant I have ever been to. Run and enjoy!

Usually I go there for lunch. It is really the best quality/price I know around! With starter, main course and dessert, excellent. Other meal are good as well, including pizza. A place to go

Enjoyed our dinner at Le Caveau.A few tables (including our) in the terrasse (well, overlooking the parking,â¦.but quiet and fresh). Nice, quick service (only French spoken).We had a yummy âtarte flambéâ, a trout and a huge âchacrouteâ. Everything was well prepared and nicely presented.In short, we enjoyed our dinner, and the final check was OK.

The restaurant is nice, very nice terrace. The food is delicious and the formula is very convenient, for a fixed price, you choose one starter, one main course and one dessert if you wish, in all the menu list. I really recommend this place.

The restaurant is located in the middle of the small city Thann, few meters away from the cathedral. Thann is the south door of the "Route des Vins d'Alsace" (wine tour). Honestly there is not a better way to start. We arrived at lunchtime and we were attracted by Le Caseus. The restaurant is really cozy, very nicely decorated, nice inside as outside (we took place outside). There were many local people having lunch. The service was good, very friendly, with the right times. We had a salad and the entrecôte XXL (about 300 grams), mine was with Roquefort. Very good and very tasty, it was a good choice. The quality/cost ratio is excellent, the restaurant is not expensive at all. I recommend a visit.
