Reviewed By DepplepCentrally located if you are visting the Foley/Gulf Shores area. Close to shopping and restaurants. The outlet mall is just up the street. Publix close by and 10 miles from the beach. We had suite so we had microwave, fridge, wet bar and desk as well as a couch in the room . Very spacious and clean. The hotel has a complimentary breakfast and coffee station that is out all day. Staff friendly as they are at all Hilton properties. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is off the main highway, but easily accessible and was preferable for a 1 night birthday shopping/beach getaway for my sister and I. After the friendliest, most helpful check-in experience, and an inspection of our room we decided to extend our stay to 2 nights. Misty, at the front desk kindly accommodated our request and was even able to split the room fees on each our credit cards. Our room was clean, quiet, comfortable beds, & a/c temperature was perfect. We left our first nights towels outside the door and they were promptly replaced by housekeeping for our second night. Sherry, in the breakfast room made sure everyone was satisfied! There were plenty of hot and cold food choices. All of the staff we encountered were polite and friendly. About 30 minutes after check out, I realized I had left my I-pad in the room. I phoned Misty and thankfully, she retrieved it for me then held it in the office until I could return to pick it up. That is great customer service!

Reviewed By Jzmn81We stayed here for 5 day’s. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was clean. Hard wood floors in the room and hotel where nice. Breakfast was good. Location was perfect. Right off the main hwy with all the stores and restaurants. Not to far from the beaches. I also liked how it was a huge hotel. It was perfect size. More peaceful. Would definitely stay there again.

Our beautiful hotel is located just across the street from the Tanger Outlet Mall. We have 82 rooms that include Suites and some with hot tubs. We have an outdoor pool and hot tub, free wi-fi. Free continental breakfast each morning, complimentary USA Today paper, In room coffee/tea maker, flat screen televisions, microwave and refrigerators in room and we are just seven miles from Gulf Shores beaches and other local attractions are just a short drive as well.

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Foley is your haven on white sands. Come down South and spend a few days relaxing at our hotel along the Gulf Coast. The areas best shopping, Tanger Outlet Center is within a block from our front door. Our homey accommodations are located minutes from popular area attractions like the Foley Sports Tourism Complex, OWA Amusement Park and Gulf Shores beaches. Tucked away on the Gulf Coast shoreline, our hotel, which is located near Gulf Shores Beach and Orange Beach, is just ten miles away from the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. There are also several nearby Gulf Coast attractions, including Waterville USA water park , The Track Recreation Center and the Gulf Adventure Center. Spend a day with the family sliding down water slides, or go racing on go-karts, which are also close to our hotel. You can take a day to go shopping at the Tanger Outlet Center, just around the corner from our front door.

Reviewed By MinerviniHad ADA compliant room. It was on the third floor, furthest from the elevator and the entrance. Once to the room, I discovered that the pass-way from bathroom area to sleeping area had a slight glitch. My wheelchair and arms was a tight fit due to a wardrobe immediately at the entrance to the sleeping area (see photos). The bed was extremely high for someone handicapped as I. When I inquired about a room with a lower mattress. Answer - they are all the same, every room. Also, no recliners were available. I asked about the availability of a roll-away bed, I was told that the Foley fire department did not allow them! That was news to my son, a Gulf Shores Firefighter. I understand about occupancy restrictions, but there was nowhere for me to be able to lie prone. I cannot get up from the floor. I could not get from a wheelchair to a mattress 29"+ from the floor (see photos). Spent the most uncomfortable 4 nights sleeping upright in a low back side chair. I am incapable of lifting my legs upon a supplied ottoman.Twice went for "EXPRESS Start™ Breakfast" to find an extremely limited (two items) fresh hot breakfast offered. I was unable to contact corporate about this, but I did receive a call from a manager apologizing somewhat and informing me that the issue was now presented to the owners. I guess it remains to be seen if the issue has been addressed properly.

Located just seven miles from beautiful Gulf Shores beaches we are right across the street from the Tanger Outlet Mall. Surrounded by shopping,restaurants and night life. Our hotel offers 63 rooms all non-smoking with one king or two double sized beds and all rooms have a mini fridge, microwave and fold out sleeper sofa. We are the only hotel in the area that currently offers a heated indoor swimming pool. Our facility has a fitness center, business center,outside seating area where guests are free to grill or just enjoy the beautiful weather.A hot Continental breakfast is served each morning 6-9 a.m.

Reviewed By 8marcellobOur final destination was supposed to be St Pete Beach in Florida, so we booked two nights at this hotel to enjoy two days at Gulf Shores, well, we liked Gulf Shores so much, we decided to stay an additional day, then we discovered Perdido Key Beach, that's when we decided no to go all the way to St Pete, and stay at the Comfort Inn, the hotel also helped in this decision, it was clean, well organized, quiet, wifi excellent, great breakfast, location was superb as you have access to virtually anything, and the beach was just 20 min away. Weather was impecable, we were lucky as it was heavily raining when we checked out. We ended up staying 8 days, for the price and amenities the hotel offers is a great deal, I recommend to stay at room 221, huge TV screen, AC worked great, no noise on the hallways, nice ice vending machine. In all the staff was very courteous and professional, specially Pamela, the assistant manager. We will certainly stay at this great hotel next time.

Reviewed By Tlawson8802The rooms were relatively ok. They were clean, but smaller, the sheets were kind of stained in the corner. We got in late, and there was a line, with 3 families ahead of us. One got finished as we walked in, but the other two took over an hour for them to get through. And when we got there, the lady at the front desk had no idea what she was doing. She tried to get our room, and would mess it up and start over, but instead of starting completely over, she just added a new room instead. We ended up with 4 rooms on it at one time. In the end we got charged twice. And she refused to acknowledge that she was doing it wrong. She finally got us our room, and when she did, the key didn't work. We had to go back 5 times because the keys didn't work, and she had to call her boss. Who had to get us a different room. We got here at 11 at night and we still weren't in our room by 1:30. And when my boyfriend went to complain the next morning, the boss said if we had a problem, we should have said it last night. My boyfriend said we had to wait for 2 and a half hours. The boss said it only took 5 min. That's just how long he was involved! And to top it off, they decided to mow the tiny patch of grass outside our door in the morning while we were still sleeping.

Located next to Tanger Outlet Mall. Within walking distance to many restaurants. Approx. 8 miles to the beach in Gulf Shores, Waterville USA is approx. 5 miles. Great central location to Orange Beach, Gulf Shores and Foley Sports Plex's. The Wharf in Orange Beach, where numerous concerts are held is only about 8 miles.We are just a great centrally located hotel, without paying the high prices at the beach.

Reviewed By terryallan09This place was probably nice when it was first built, probably the 80s or 90s. Apparently, it's never been remodeled since. Booked a king size,, non-smoking room. Was given a smoking room. Had to settle for a double room. Room was nasty, just from age. Stains in the carpet. Furniture needs to be replaced. Someone apparently attempted to repair the tub at some point. Vent full of dust. A/C turned itself off in the middle of the night. Elevator is tiny and out of the way. There is nothing I can say good about this place.
