We were two couples coming here for the first time, even though we have visited Amelia Island two previous times. The menu takes time to study and it’s not easy deciding what to choose. Our waiter Cliff was great helping us with this decision and offered suggestions and answered our questions. He gave us great friendly service. The beef taco salad was delicious and would recommend fajitas as well. Portions were very generous and food was excellent and fresh! Great outside eating area and very cute indoors. Great Mexican vibe overall. Certainly would recommend eating here!

Loved Cantina Louie. Had read reviews and it sounded pretty good and it was better than pretty good! Cantina Louie was great! The atmosphere was so cool. There was an amazing cross wall. And the f o o d was Y U M M Y. I don't think you could go wrong with anything on the menu. Cantina Louie is a popular spot. Be prepared to wait. If you like margaritas, make sure you have one of their tasty ones! Enjoy!

We had heard this place was good but we were sorely disappointed. The only good dish we had was the guacamole. The rest of the meal was tasteless which is hard to do in a Mexican restaurant. They had to work to accomplish a flavorless palate in a Mexican restaurant! We wanted to try some tequila. They have several but no list so you have to go the the bar and peruse the bottles. I requested Cazadores Blanco but the owner said I should try this other brand. It had vanilla flavoring and they charged us $11 per shot. Who ever heard of vanilla flavored tequila? I do not think any of the premium tequilas at Peppers goes for a $11/shot!I had chicken fajitas which by the time it had cooled down enough to eat the hot plate had cooked the chicken into a rubber ducky. My wife had carnitas which were bland. Her refried beans were a mystery. We lived in far South Texas for 3 years. So we know good Tex-Mex....this was not it!Go to Louis Cantina or Peppers! Pablo's was way over price as well.

We have been to this location twice now for Mexican food. I love the burrito bowl where I can get exactly what I want. Added to this is free chips and a salsa bar with at least four types. Iced tea was fresh and refills free. Staff is friendly. Parking convenient. Similar to Moe's but no shouted welcome. While eating, manager made the rounds to check on us. Only negative was loud country music on second trip.Thank you for the review. We're happy to know you enjoyed the food, we look forward to serving you on your next visit.
