Having read the reviews, decided to visit.Difficult to find...you have to enter via the main entrance of a hotel (having asked the doorman if it was there) and walk all the way through and out to the pool area.Service - extremely slow, impersonal, in fact we were ignored for the majority of the time we were there. All of the staff were totally disinterested in us,we now realise why...18% service charge already added to the bill.Food - small portions and bland. Managed to flag down a passing staff member to order coffee after our meal. Took about 20mins to arrive and was lukewarm at best. One of them had been spilt on the saucer...no apology, no nothing. Despite the temperature of the coffee, it was the tastiest thing we had.Wouldnt recommend and wont go back.Tracy, we are saddened to hear you did not receive the 5-star experience our team strives to provide. It would mean a great deal to us to have a chance to address your feedback personally, and we ask that you please email [email protected] and include your contact information and availability. Thank you.

Peruvians know how to eat well, and being Peruvian myself, I am very demanding when eating out.To me, good true Peruvian food is hard to find in Miami but El Pollo Inka is the best. They have the most delicious food cooked the traditional way and with true Peruvian ingredients. Food is fresh and super tasty, it reminds me of home. They not only serve Pollo a la Brasa but they have a complete Peruvian Menu including out of this world desserts. To start I recommend the Ceviche de Pescado Clasico of course, then you have to try Tallarines a la Huancaina with Lomo Saltado, and for dessert the homemade Chocolate Cake with Lucuma icecream. OMG! My mouth waters just thinking about it. Portions are very generous and they offer excellent service. So next time you crave true Peruvian Food give El Pollo Inka a try, you will not regret it!!!! Yumm!!!!Wow Carola..! Thank you so much for taking the time to give us such a great and detailed review, nothing excites our team more than reading an awesome review like yours. I’ve been here a few times and the food is always superb. The prices are good, especially for the the lunch menu where the quality far surpasses the prices. The dessert milkshakes are to die for and may be your sole reason for going. The meat is good and the steaks are always good perfectly. Maybe not the freshest beef ever but still quality meat. If you base this review solely on food alone I would give a 5, but .... there are some downsides to this place you have to overcome. This original Is off the beaten path compared to its newer additions in places like Weston. The parking lot at this location gets crowded and parking can be cutthroat. The worst thing is there are no reservation, only a place keeper in line and the first few times I went it was hours. Mostly because the popularity and the space inside is fairly quaint. Overall are great establishment that is a frequent for me.Thank you so much for your visit and feedback! We're really glad to know that you were here enjoying with us. We'll make sure to take all your comments into account in order to improve. Also, you can place your reservations through opentable!
