We are located just 100 yards from the warm waters of Vineyard Sound and feature ocean views in most of our rooms and air conditioning in all of our rooms. Our environment is casual beach house and we welcome guests from literally around the globe. Start your day with complimentary fresh brewed coffee or with one of our selection of teas, take some time to savor the ocean breeze while relaxing on our front porch or on one of the Adirondacks on our front lawn. After dinner, join us at the outdoor fire pit and make yourself a s'more from the fixings we provide daily. Pack light as we provide beach towels, beach chairs, pak n plays, and even sun tan lotion. We have tried to think of everything in the event you didn't.

The Beach Breeze is a very comfortable and inviting Inn…beautifully manicured lawn, delightful front porch with comfortable seating, inviting pool and well appointed rooms. The Inn is lovingly cared for by its owners and staff. All were quite friendly and accommodating. Rooms are very clean and include beach towels! This was our second visit to the Beach Breeze. We highly recommend these accommodations and will definitely be returning in the future.

A wonderful Bed and Breakfast Inn in a great location!
Reviewed By prischallMy husband and I recently stayed at the Palmer House and immediately felt comfortable in this beautiful Victorian House. The room was beautifully decorated and the staff was wonderful. They served a delicious sit down breakfast and the menu changed daily. The grounds were nicely landscaped with flowers, and the location was with in walking distance to the town. I would highly recommend this Inn if you are visiting Falmouth.

The TV could have been better as hubby watching Basketball (Celtics!) playoffs….easy to walk to the harbor OR town, walking distance to restaurants and shops….we would definitely stay here again. Also, we were in room #1 for 5 nights….and although close to the main road, traffic noise was not an issue.

Reviewed By Paragon114I spent a few days at the Sea Crest for a conference and it was a great experience. The views are spectacular and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Although it was a business trip, there was ample time to rejuvenate my soul with the sounds of the waves, smell of the ocean air, and putting my toes in the sand. I had dinner at their bar/dining several nights and they have a very tasty and varied menu. Love the staff - they truly are customer focused.

Beware of Hidden Fees
Reviewed By Bruce JThis Inn is basically a glorified motel, and therefore is way overpriced. We chose the location due to it's proximity to the shuttle parking lot to the ferry boat to Martha's vineyard from Woods Hole, since we were traveling without a car. Thankfully we only had to be there for one night, as the rooms are unimpressive and in need of an upgrade. Our room had a decent garden view, but there is nothing special about this property. When we checked in, I gave them my charge card for "incidentals", then we were off to Martha's Vineyard the next morning. After my trip, I reviewed my card transactions, and found 2 identical charges for $19.13 each on the 2 rooms that I thought had been fully prepaid. I called and spoke with the Manager James, who informed me that the charges were for the "resort" fee. When I asked him how this glorified motel was charging a resort fee, he attempted to justify that the fee included parking (yet I did not park a car), and the pool, that I don't think anyone in the resort was using on that cold May day. Naturally, he denied my request for a refund, since this motel obviously needs my $38 more than I do.

Reviewed By dough626Our arrival was delayed so we didn’t stay here long, but I can say it was spotless clean and very cozy. Breakfast was a decent buffet, nothing fancy, but appetizing. Perfect close proximity to catching the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Nestled in a woodland setting on a picturesque ocean inlet harbor, Green Harbor offers so much for a fun-filled Cape Cod waterfront vacation. Heated 84-degree outdoor pool & kiddie pool, private boating beach, boat dock, free paddle boats, rowboats, volleyball, badminton and shuffleboard. We have many large grass lawns with umbrella tables, BBQs and lawn swings. All rooms are non-smoking and have a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker (some with full kitchen) and daily housekeeping. 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom cottage with fireplaced living room and full eat-in kitchen available for weekly and seasonal vacations and corporate rental.

Reviewed By 32gordond-Stayed 5 nights - location is great. -Smoke alarm broke 2nd day and was taken out of service, never to be repaired. -Room phone never worked the entire stay. -There was no housekeeping the entire stay -The carpet was filthy.
