Our hotel is two miles west of Edmond Memorial Hospital, and five miles from Coffee Creek Golf Course and shopping at Quail Springs Mall. Dining options include Jamil's, Bennigan's, International House of Pancakes and many others, less than two miles from the hotel. At the Hampton Inn hotel in Edmond, there are several ponds and walking trails surrounding our hotel that provide a nice getaway from a hectic travel schedule. Reviewed By rad885The bathroom was not clean, there was no soap in the shower and the shower curtain smelled like mildew. Someone had a party in one of the rooms and the entire 2nd floor and elevator smelled like marijuana.

Reviewed By Joel GCame for work with 3 men. Booked a room that was supposed to have beds for 4. When we arrived they count a small pull-out couch as a two person bed. This is not the norm in the industry, our room was booked by corporate they are closed considering pulling Hilton because of this. Made for a very uncomfortable weekend. I asked for a call from management before I left to discuss. No call. Room is larger, standard for level of hotel. Ours smelled of old food, but I don’t complain. Breakfast is above average. Not the top option in Edmond for sure.

Reviewed By Dean WDo not stay at this dump! Once was a nice place to stay, no longer. Didn't have towels, nor did a friend have any in his room, front desk tried to give him dirty towels. Breakfast was cold, room was dirty, needed to vacuumed, bathroom door would not close, no ventilation in bathroom.

The girls at the front desk were super nice and helpful as we had booked the wrong night for our stay. She was able to get us fixed up and changed our reservation. We will definitely stay there aging when we are back!

Reviewed By F9971CWrandymWe screwed up and booked late for OK State Homecoming. The first thing we noticed was the dead bugs on the floor. We told the front desk about them and nothing was done. The bathroom has a strange layout. The microwave and the fridge are in the bathroom. The bathtub is huge, big enough for 2 William H Tafts. There are no safety bars to enter or exit this huge tub safely. There is a sink in the living area and the wall is constructed in a way that the bed can be pulled out of the pull out couch. The only plus was the room was inexpensive. It was not crowded so basically no covid worries.

Worst Hotel I Have Ever Stayed In
Reviewed By Mike KWorst hotel I have ever stayed in, the last week of October 2021. It started when we enteredo through the first set of doors (where the ice machine etc were) before going through the second set of doors, into the lobby itself. This entry way was filthy with leaves that had been there for awhile, which would be no big deal if that was all that was deficient in this lousy excuse for a hotel. I booked through Priceline and the hotel had no record. It took awhile for a manager to figure it out. The room entry is direct from the outdoors (no interior hall). The minute we entered the room, we noticed a very musty smell in the room. I was about to go back to the desk to get a refund and find a different hotel, but we were tired and didn't want to go through the hassle of finding an alternative hotel. When I used the bathroom sink, it filled with water and would not drain at all since the stopper was "frozen" shut. I tried everything to pry up the stopper, first pushing really hard on the downward plunger type shaft, which would not budge. Next I used a fingernail file to try to pry open the plunger in the basin, with no success. In order to use the sink until we checked out, I had to bail the water out and into the toilet with a cup. The room had an ironing board with no cover on it AND there was no iron to use. Really???? If you are not going to provide an iron, why tease guests with a bare ironing board. Management doesn't give a hoot and simply does not care. In addition, there was no coffee pot. I have never seen a hotel/motel without a coffee pot in the room. And they didn't even coffee in the lobby. Although the website lists breakfast of some sort, we were advised that covid supposedly shut that down. So, take it off of your website. We have stayed in other properties during covid and they still offered breakfast. Again, no big deal because we would absolutely not have eaten anything there, considering the total lack of attention to physical details. I certainly wouldn't entrust my health to them. We did not even get a good nights sleep because we were constantly awakened every time the air conditioner kicked on. It obviously had a bearing going out and made a very loud noise the entire night, when it ran. And before we went to bed, someone was out in the parking lot playing extremely loud rap music, which could easily be heard in the lobby as well, and staff should have gone outside after awhile and requested they turn it down. And we couldn't use the phone to complain, since it was dead. After thinking about it, later we discovered that it was unplugged. And from a security standpoint, it was very apparent that someone had broken into the room in the past, breaking the chain receiver that was on the door jamb, which was cosmetically put back into place. So we decided to test its function and were shocked to find out when we opened the door from the inside with a gentle tug, the part that the chain latches into, simply fell away from the door jamb. Our only safety was the dead bolt entry into the room. Again, management which is clueless and doesn't care. I was too enraged with all the crap we had to put up with that I decided the only satisfaction I could possibly get, was to try to warn others away from this hotel which obviously is operating on a starvation level budget. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY. YOU WOULD BE A FOOL TO BOOK IT. You have been forewarned, and deserve it, if you do.
