Reviewed By rehmank807I visited Quantico and i booked Holiday inn express to stay at i must say the hotel is ver clean and the staff is very friendly.The GM Syeda was very welcoming i noticed she was welcoming all the guest her self. She called me 20 mins later after i checked and asked me how everything with the room is. Breakfast was hot and i love the pool. Verry clean Well managed hotel i am definitely returning.

Reviewed By FLNSHampton in delivers greatness again. We stayed here for a stop over in Washington DC. The Hotel was clean and the staff was extremely helpful. The pool and fitness center were very good as well. The location was not too close to DC but not too far either. The breakfast was great as well.

We checked into this hotel, got out room key for a 2nd floor room, drove around back and there were people hanging out behind the hotel drinking and smoking, I walked into the building to find my room and walked in the stairwell and all I smelled is pot. Got to my room and bed linens were stained,floors were dirty, mattress was stained and I could here music playing from another room. I checked out immediately. This is a hotel that has long term residences

No empathy for potential threat of human life
Reviewed By donnamw16I was with my elderly mother and 2 dogs driving from Nc to nh.. we got caught in the terrible traffic due to lack of preparation from Virginia. My husband was able to secure a reservation with Motel6… not our usual standard of hotels however we were in a desperate situation. Due to the severity of the traffic I wasnt going to make a 4pm check in time so I called the hotel several times however there was no answer and then the line turned to a busy/ disconnected tone. We finally got to the hotel at 10pm and we’re greeted but a younger gentleman. I pulled up my reservation and he explained that he was only the night guy and couldn’t honor it. I begged that we had no place else to go and we paid for a night here. He said he could not co firm my reservation therefore would not allow me in. I showed him my drivers license that I was who I said I was and my confirmation of the room…. He refused . I asked him to call his manager and he said no. I tried to call the main line with motel6 and there was no answer… My mother myself and two dogs ended up sleeping in our car outside the motel. It was 20 degrees that night. We were not the only ones in our cars as I found out the next morning so I’m not looking for sympathy. I am however not ever going to support a business that refuses service to paying customer on a night when tragedy hits… Also this was booked through hotels.com and we purchased their $10 guarantee that this wouldn’t happen…. After hours in the phone with them the only thing they could do was refund our hotel stay but not the $10… I will not longer use their service as well.

Though the front desk personnel were friendly, the customer service within the company is awful. We had a bag of items (worth over $300) and prescription meds go missing from our room while we were out for the morning. The room was noted as - “bathroom being cleaned while you were out.”The items were on the side of the sink in the bathroom when we left. The general manager responded by saying the hotel is not responsible for “ misplaced or lost items. “ Our belongings were NOT lost or misplaced. They were either taken OR accidentally thrown away by someone that cleaned our bathroom. I have contacted Customer Care several times to once - be told they would handle calling the hotel to deal with it- and twice -that they couldn’t do anything about it, it would have to be handled by the hotel itself. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. How is it not the hotel’s responsibility to compensate the customer when items go missing during their stay? We travel often for travel sports and this chain will NEVER get my business again. Thoroughly disappointed. On top of our missing items- we had to be moved to another room upon arrival. After using the first time, our toilet overflowed all over the bathroom floor. The elevator and stairwell smelled like sewage and had to be cleaned several times during our stay at the complaint of numerous customers.

NOT SAFE - Disgusting Motel !!!
Reviewed By Y5353KGlisawAs a women who travels alone, don't ever stay here !!! The only room I could get at last minute. Dirty, smells of cigarettes and dirt. I would have been better off sleeping in my car ! There were people loitering outside and inside the stairway and halls. This place should be shut down.

Don’t expect much
Reviewed By pitman44I think I’ve stayed in worse motels. Just don’t recall when. The layout of the room was very nice. Like an efficiency apartment. All sorts of yucky stuff on the walls especially the bathroom. Toilet seat was so loose you had to be careful sitting on it so you didn’t fall on the floor. All in all I’ll probably look elsewhere if we’re in the area again.
