Reviewed By PSFallonJess at the front desk is fabulous; she's the one who initially helped me over the phone when I booked our stay. It was a real plus to meet her upon check-in. Room was great; always enjoy your pillow top mattresses; we both slept like "babies"; could have been due to the hectic pre-wedding preparations, but a lot was due to a very comfortable bed to sleep on. It was a very pleasant surprise that the hot breakfast had just started back up. Hooray! No more little take out breakfast bags.

Reviewed By JimRiestererA new ALoft hotel (part of the Marriott group) in booming Dublin-Pleasanton. We stayed for two nights on memorial day weekend. We had a king room on the third floor. The room featured a large space with ample room to spread out, a small sitting area and lots of windows. As a newer hotel it was equipped with all the latest USB charging ports bedside and a sleek modern design. There was ample free parking and the location near the freeway was good as a base for wine tasting and exploring the area. I found the bed comfortable but I like the firm beds and the AC did a good job keeping things cool but was the noisy older style unit (but at least controlled by a thermostat). The super low flow shower head in the small bathroom was an annoyance but with the water situation in California something I’ve come to expect.

App and website don’t show that I ever checked in… making them completely useless. 2. There is Nothing in the room- no creamer, coffee, hotel info, room service info… absolutely nothing. 3. Go to front desk myself and get menu. Only to call room service and be greeted with “what do you want we’re closed for private event”… umm okay. 4. Your staff thought It would be fine to put our family with young kids next to the center courtyard knowing full and well that they’d be BLASTING concert music in the courtyard until late at night. This means my kids can’t sleep, thanks. Not one mention was made by any staff member that they’d be having a concert outside our room late into the night. 5. The patio door doesn’t even close or latch. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
