Reviewed By rubyrC3491YGWe flew from Rizal to Bohol to experience the private beach. lt was a dismay that it was low tide. According to the Mithi staff, there would be water the following day, not sure though if it would be at 10 am to 12:00. We immediately requested for cancelation because our flight the next day is at 4pm. We were rejected despite our fervent request. Even a 50% refund was not granted despite the fact that we did not use the two rooms that we reserved. We had to talk to different people only to find out that all was futile. We left the place and were not accorded any consideration. To think that the room where we dropped our things was not that cozy it looked old and the door was squeaking. Until now we are waiting for their change of heart and will realize that they were not fair. There was no disclaimer in their ads about low tide. The third party, Agoda, said that they understand but it was the decision of Mithi that prevailed. Such a waste of time, money and effort. There was no warmth whatsoever. Thanks to the next hotel we booked in though it was already late. And it was not low tide in Alona.

Reviewed By MhykSwainThe hotel is private and kinda far from the city. The staff are very friendly and courteous except for the supervisor on duty. The ocean is rocky and you need aqua shoes to swim at the beach. There are no establishments near the area and the price is kinda expensive. If i will come back to bohol, i will not consider this hotel.

Reviewed By AnthonBaliuagWe went to Bohol Bee farm for lunch. The food did not disappoint! Try the spareribs, seafood soup and fish kinilaw for the adventurous eaters! The view was perfect, we went down to the view deck after lunch. Try their organic ice cream, malunggay flavor was the best for me. The complimentary bread was perfect with the malunggay spread and honey spread. These spreads including pesto spread are perfect for pasalubong too! Value for money is 10/10. Location is 100000/10. Food taste is also 10/10!

Reviewed By Patrick GThe beauty of the place itself you'll see on images and other comments.. so I will focus on some other infos: You can rent a bike from them (~500 php/day) and start to various activities on Bohol or visit Alona Beach. We also did the common countryside tour (blood compact, tarsier, floating restaurant, zip line and chocolate hills) with a bike from here (if you book a guided tour it will cost you at least 2500 php). For hospitality I would have to rate 6 stars, Ernest and his employees around Sylvi helped us out with nearly everything we asked. Whether we had to call someone, print something or book a ride to the airport they helped us and were always super friendly. Also Ernest gave us a lot of tips what to do on Bohol. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to come back some day. Thank you very much! (Just one little tip from us, maybe install a mosquito net over the beds ;-))

Reviewed By 669niksWe had a splendid time of 10 days at Bohol Vantage Resort and had absolutely nothing to claim. The view is stunning, the staff is friendly and very helpful, you can rent scooters at a fair rate, the rooms are clean and the deluxe version have an incredible view from their giant balcony. All beaches at Panglao are easy to reach by scooter which is by far the cheapest way to travel in Bohol like in many Asian places. The pool is more a less an infinity one with a panorama view and an included bar with sitting opportunities even inside the pool. The Wi-Fi connection is always good and the breakfast is nice, plus the staff is always happy to help out with extra wishes like Omlettes or whatsoever without any extra payment.

The design is just right, spacious rooms, stylish site with a lovely pool to relax after a day exploring and very clean throughout. We slept incredibly well throughout our stay from both a comfort and noise perspective . Free breakfast and purified water was lovely. Spacious room, fridge was great.Air con worked well and also placed in a good area which cools the room without blowing directly on the bed / sleeping area. Highly reocommend!

Reviewed By Joanne SLisa and the staffs are very accomodating and hospitable. They are approachable and friendly. Food is good! Two thumbs up for Kuya Rob especially the Tonkatsu. Since we've arrived on a Sunday, they allowed us to check in earlier with no additional payment. We checked - in at around 8AM and rest for the whole day. The next day, we had our DIY tour. Since we know that the resort is somewhat far from Tagbiliran and far from the main roads, we decided to rent a car to less our expenses and so that we can go wherever we want. Lisa helped us and contacted someone, so we can rent a car for that day. Since we want to go to the some places earlier in the morning, we asked the staffs if we can just have our free breakfast at lunch time, and good thing it's okay, just need to inform them ahead of time. The pool is clean as well as the Jacuzzi, you can use the Jacuzzi starting 730AM up to 5PM because the operator leaves at the afternoon. The place is really relaxing and peaceful. I don't mind the Wifi that is just available at the Restaurant, because I went there to have some rest, to relax and to free my mind and body from stress. The TV is small but it's okay coz' I didn'f go there just for the tv. The bathroom is cool! :) I super love the bathtub. The view is very amazing! I am so satisfied and I was really surprised because it looks different in the pictures from the site. Best Birthday for me! :)
