Son and I stopped in to try breakfastOrdered an egg white omelette and eggs were watery. Breakfast potatoes and bagel were good. Son got ham, egg and cheese on Texas toast - was good - side of hash browns was flat and cooked crispy - glad we had ketchup. It was hot in the restaurant- so we got out quickly. Pretty average place but good to fill a hungry person.

If your looking for a cheap breakfast, avoid this place; but if you’re looking for huge portions, great variety and solid food, this is your place. We were surprised most of the menu was in the $10-$15 range, pricey for breakfast in my book, but we settled for a couple of the cheaper options as we weren’t looking for more than a light breakfast. My wife had two eggs and bacon and it sure looked like four eggs to me. My eggs and bacon sandwich was loaded with bacon and served on a large, fresh and delicious roll. For this, and two cups of coffee we paid over $20, but the quality of service, cleanliness, great service and large portions make this a place I’d consider next time we’re in town.

This is the little place next to the perpetual flea market/tag sale near the "Oakdale Theatre". Perhaps it is a new owner? It was my first visit - and I thought it was delightfully quirky. Some of us sat at the counter - another couple sat in the small dining room. The cooks were interactive...very friendly, and Heather was a super waitress: funny and helpful. As for the food, well I indulged myself with a bacon chili cheese dog platter (fries and cole slaw); and it was very good! QU students should probably try it out for weekend breakfasts. I will go back next time I am in the area!
