Tonight I went to this wonderfull restaurant with friends whithout really knowing what I should expect... I just knew that it was good. Now I know that Enklima is not a "restaurant", it is a temple where everybody can feel that is travelling around the world "discovered or not" seating on a table. As an head chef, I must say to everyone that want to eat real, pure products with so many techniques involved and "go off your body and mind" for some time while you are also having a perfect service timed in excelence with the kitchen, please, go and enjoy the amazing project that Enklima is... Now I am less enthusiastic about trying more Michelin star rated restaurants after trying this project (that as no michelin star????) Mandatory visit in Madrid!

I went to this place for dinner because there was a flamenco live show that I wanted to see. The place itâs carefully decorated and it is very cozy and warm, I felt very comfortable there. Regarding the food I have to say that it is not the best. I have ordered a bull hamburguer and it was not good enough; the meat was hard and dry, the burgués was small and takes too long to serve. As I still was hungry I decided to order a piadine but it was very small and costs me 9⬠which was almost the same I paid for the hamburger... good place for a beer and then go to another place for food

Due to the good reviews, I was expecting something outstanding, what a disappointment! The drinks were very bland, tacos were ok but you can find much better and tastier and the ambiance is inexistant. The service is just ok. There are much better choices to eat true mexican food.

Found this place whilst wondering around plaza Mayor. Had some items to share and it was delicious! My favourite was the quesadilla santa fe! Great service too... The Cuban guy is the best! We ordered the pork belly and cod ball for lunch. Firstly they offered the olive pasta for the bread which is very tasty, and then all the dishes we ordered are very yummy. The restaurant finally gave us a house made ice cream which was very delicious too. Oh they also gave us the dessert wines to complete our lunch. Very thoughtful! You wonât regret the food here!

This place is amazing, nothing less! After having tried a lot of different places in Madrid, I keep coming back to Entre Santos because of their great cocktails, amazing food and great vibe. It's a small and popular place, but if you arrive before 9 you can get a table. Their tapas are modern and really delicious, and they have the nicest staff. You have to go!

We had reservations for dinner Sunday night. We were greeted warmly and seated immediately. We ordered cocktails, the one with lichee was very good. Our appetizers were meatballs and the special, octopus. The meatballs were extremely tender, and tasty! Octopus was awesome as well. Our entrees were the steak and the mushroom risotto. They were very good but not exceptional. We had a table where I could watch the kitchen staff work, they are a well oiled machine and a pleasure to watch.
