Just off I-275, our hotel is across the road from several restaurants. Downtown Milford, local eateries, and commercial offices are within three miles. EastGate Mall is less than 10 minutes away. Downtown Cincinnati, Duke Energy Convention Center, Great American Ballpark, and other attractions are just 25 minutes away.
DO NOT STAY AT TRU by HILTON MILFORD!
Reviewed By Aandler21I booked for my sons birthday because he wanted to swim for his birthday. We’ve stayed at Tru in Louisville, Pigeon Forge and Knoxville and LOVE the chain. The hotels are typically great for kids and we’ve always had great experiences and expected this to be the same… I was WRONG. I arrive at 3 PM to check in, I’m given pool and breakfast times, I’m asked to sign my reservation paper and THEN I’m told the pool is closed due to chlorine issues. I explain I live 20 minutes away and am here purely for the pool. I ask if I can transfer to another Tru in the area and am told no. I call Hilton advance purchasing and explain the situation and am told no again, I request a manager and am told by the CSR Zona that there is no manager available, no voicemail box and no escalation path. After I get off the phone I go back to the desk and request a manager. Again I am told there is none available. What major hotel chain has no managers available at 3 PM on a weekday on-site or at their corporate office?! I’m calling BS. When I ask what the front desk associate suggests I do he says “well I can check you out but you won’t get a refund.” Horrible customer service. Zero communication skills.

Toilet and hairdryer
Reviewed By beverlymills22It’s hard to understand how a property could rent some thing out and not know either their electrical component was no good or it was the hairdryer. Then the toilet moved quite a bit back and forth I was really surprised that the seal hasn’t started leaking yet. Has it been reported before I don’t know but I reported it to the person behind the desk when I was leaving.

The manager Greg is so friendly he greeted us & thanked us for being a gold member & said if we needed anything during our stay just let him new. The room was very clean & everything was in working order! Enjoyed the indoor pool. They also had a nice workout room! Had a hot breakfast with plenty of choices to pick from. Easy checkout! When we go through Milford we always stay here!
