A Spotlessly Clean and Comfortable Hotel with Friendly and Helpful Staff
Reviewed By SteveWakefieldUKWe were so looking forward to our first beach holiday since 2019, and we were delighted to find that the hotel staff (and the local community) were just as keen to see the tourists return. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable, and the food was prepared with obvious pride. Our room (511) had been described as having a "partial sea view" but the only minor restriction in the view was hardly noticeable. We had excellent views out over the sea and to the islands of Brac and Hvar. The hotel is located midway between the villages of Brela and Basco Voda, both orf which can be accessed by a footpath running beside the beach. Both villages have a range of decent bars and eateries, and we were pleased that we opted just for a B&B arrangement at the hotel. This is a lovely hotel.

My family of 2 adults and 2 boys visited for 5 nights in June. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how helpful the staff were. We were given the rundown on the local sites and places to visit with help with all bookings where required, even given breakfast to go on the early morning starts. I would definitely recommend both Split as a town and villa Toni for somewhere to stay.

The spacious interiors are air conditioned and brightly decorated. Minibar and private bathroom with shower and hairdryer are standard facilities. Beds come with anti-allergenic linen, and room service is available as well.
Dishonest - kept money from booking, promising we could rebook after covid - then said voucher expired!
Reviewed By GenevaHappyTravellerThey kept 500 euros for the booking (their booking policy prevented refunds!) and said we had a voucher for future travel...But now we can travel after covid, they said the voucher ran out last year (when we couldn’t travel!) Reading the reviews, we maybe had a lucky escape from a not very luxurious hotel - but the dishonesty and bad faith is quite unbelievable.

Villa Palloma is a small family hotel set 100 metres from the centre of Baska Voda. The property features 2 outdoor swimming pools, one of which is heated, with loungers and parasols also available. Reviewed By Topias PSuper helpfull staff, and they upgraded our rooms beacuse they had empty rooms. Clean and roomy, and the pool was nice touch. Breakfest was also great. Staff was also super helpfull with our car problems. The village seemed nice and it was a shame we did not have more time to explore.

It was very quiet, extremely comfortable,very clean and breakfast was included. Parking is available on the premise. Daniel the innkeeper was very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this villa.

Reviewed By jamie321We are currently on our last night of a 7 night stay here. We arrived around 9pm at night and were shown to our room and offered a cold beer and had the local area explained to us. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well decorated and well furnished and equipped with everything you need (loads of wardrobe space, storage space in bathroom, beach towels, air con etc). Our room had a big terrace with amazing views. The pool is a great size and due to being a small apartment block it is nearly always empty. Its obvious a lot of care goes into these apartments as they're so clean, the gardens are beautiful and they're well maintained. It is located about 5 mins from trogir old town or 15 minutes to a nice beach with watersports and beach bars. Did not use the kitchen facilities or turn on the TV so can't comment about them. People have commented that there is a small hill to walk up from the old town, the word here is "small", its a tiny hill and virtually flat. I think this is an amazingly run apartment in a perfect location and would highly recommend.

Reviewed By trevord472Apologies to the loyal fans of Villa Stella Mare for my review - it's unfair to keep this place a secret. My family and I lucked on to Villa Stella Mare by chance as we looked for a vacation location within driving distance of Vienna. Of note, many of the guests were repeat explaining this is year 2,3,4+ at the property (see above - sorry). The details: Great views from the entire property. Super clean. Infinity pool (also with amazing views). Super friendly family team. Our room (Captains Room) is perfect for a small family. Location is fantastic - quiet at night and close enough to Hvar for activities when needed. The breakfast is perfect. The lunch and dinners are delicious. On site parking with cover (not a given in Hvar). A team that goes above and beyond. My 7 year old son - who had a number of points of improvement ideas for the Le Meridien Split at the start of our trip, also rates Villa Stella Mare 5 stars. :)
