Mixed: Great service but cold shower

Willing to discuss room availability and location before I make the commitment to book and stay. She’s professional, courteous, and always has a smile on her face. I asked her if they provide bottled water, she said yes and gave me two 16 OZ FL bottled water. When giving her feedback on how certain items did not go well in the room, she apologized and responded with actions. Clean carpet in the room, hallways, and lobby. Plenty of parking. Convenient location in if you want to stay in Tulsa, it’s not right in downtown, but close enough you can get there easily within 10 minutes’ drive, and the nightly rate is much cheaper compared to that of downtown hotels. It’s close to Highway I-44 and Historic Route 66 (11th Street), only 3 blocks away, a good starting point from east side of Tulsa, if you want to experience Historic Route 66 in Tulsa fully. Plenty restaurants nearby What I like about it is that it’s not right next to highway, which tend to be quieter. Issues: Cold shower, that's the main reason I rate it a 3 out of 5. • The hanging light in the working desk was not working. There were three small spots of water stain right underneath the hanging light that doesn’t work on the working desk. Kitchen sink with clear watermarks, looked dirty Had they provided hot shower, this hotel would have been at least a 4 out of 5 hotel.

Reviewed By Bama7565I was woke up at midnight because my friends a few doors down were moving rooms due to bed bugs!! In looking at the reviews for this hotel, I see it was a recent problem! I am so afraid I have brought them back home. Very disappointed!!! Why would you not rectify a problem like this and just keep it in the dark? Are customers no more important than that?

Reviewed By 867dannyeWe had been traveling all day and were tired. Tulsa was our halfway point. The rates in town were outrageous. The LaQuinta was on the other side of town, but their rate was good. We made the drive and was sure glad we did. Super place. Highly recommended. Also across the street from Hard Rock Casino.

Reviewed By W4201KSbridgethI normally stay at the Hard Rock across the street but they were sold out so I thought I'd give the motel 6 a try because I was quoted a price of $56.99. When I checked in the price increased to $75 because I brought a guest. I noticed there were a lot of pets everywhere. She told me I had to pay an extra $19 because there were 2 people in my room but that pets were free. The problem I have with that is that there was dog poop everywhere, people just left it and didn't pick it up inside the hallways and outside. So you're telling me I have to pay extra for a person that uses a restroom properly but dogs are free a poop all over the place. Also, the towels were the size of a hand towel and stain ridden. The walls were thin and I heard ALL of the neighbors activities ALL night long! There was also no hair dryer or kleenex. Pay the extra $20 and stay at 1 of the properties next door.

Second call to hotel - dates and name corrected - confirmation email received Third episode - tried to cancel reservation - no one could find the reservation but you could find it all day long on their website and print it. Horrible customer services: 1 lady left and didnt come back to the phone - second lady hung up on me - third lady informed me I was not talking to the hotel and referred me to the customer service which ended up being reservations. Finally reached customer services and lady put me on hold - next thing I knew I was talking to reservations again. Last lady tried to help but after 3 hours on the phone trying to make sure my credit card was not charged for not cancelling in time I was LIVID. NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER will I deal wit this hotel chain again. Imaging me traveling 1200 miles and not have a hotel reservation when I get there. NEVER NEVER NEVER use this hotel!!!!!!!

Reviewed By michd61Not many winning the nights we were there. They have a ton of slot machines, new and older. The casino is clean. The room was clean. The restaurants are lacking. The golf course is nice. We will return.

Comfortable room, nice location
Reviewed By Lee_G_02Front desk staff was polite, helpful, and friendly. The room was comfortable with warm bedding and supportive pillows. It was also quiet, despite being in a busy location. The bathroom offered most amenities (though I wish they had provided lotion) and the shower was spacious. Breakfast was a typical continental breakfast, without anything special or anything very tasty. Our in-room coffee maker only had decaf options, but regular coffee was available at breakfast. Housekeeping was only available on request, but this was clearly explained at the front desk and easy to request.
