Quiet Clean Room
Reviewed By JERRYG448We were pleased with our 4th floor west facing room. It was quiet and comfortable. Excellent location just off I-25, close to Outlet Mall and other shopping. Also, wide selection of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was unremarkable in a small room but did serve the purpose. Beds were comfortable and clean. Room had microwave and small fridge. Bathroom was small but functional.

Breakfast was a joke not much for food .. Dirty rooms dirty halls hair in tub and in bed toilets didn’t look like they had been scrubbed yuk yum yum!!!!

I had checked in the day before and chose my room on the app. When we got to the hotel, I asked for 2 keys and they said sorry, we don’t have any king rooms. I had chosen a king suite and they gave us 2 queens. No compensation was offered. They bathroom door was broke and didn’t lock. None of the 4 outlets in the bathroom worked. We reported the problems but nothing was done.

The room was super comfy, with nice beds, sofa, large tv, microwave, fridge, bathtub. Easy to get to, and convenient to restaurants or shopping.

Stinky and gross...questionable people hanging around
Reviewed By azbunnytracks2014The sign on the entrance says THIS IS A NON-SMOKING ESTABLISHMENT, but even before you walk in, you are hit by overwhelming tobacco and weed smoke odor. The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful, and check-in went smoothly. But when I headed down the hallway, I was assaulted by more STINK: body odor, urine, more smoke, strong spicy cooking smells (I guess lots of people live there?). There were people just sort of....hanging around, indoors and out. It was like a halfway house or a dorm or something. I did not feel safe. Everything was grubby and smelly. My room did not smell like the hallway, but it was like jumping into a bucket of bleach. I woke up at 3 am to the sound of a man in the next room either vomiting repeatedly or coughing up a lung (THIN WALLS!), and when I did, my eyes and throat were burning from the bleach fumes. I'm surprised I slept at all, since the bed and linens were not adequate, and the pillows, though plentiful, were lumpy and shapeless and made you think of the hundreds of heads that had drooled and sweat on them. (I'll always travel with a pillow from now on!) The saving grace was that the water pressure in the shower was adequate (although the water temperature fluctuated wildly) and the tub drained well enough that I wasn't stuck in standing water.

Overnight away from kids
Reviewed By eandesmamaWe just needed a weekend away. Close to home, but far from the stresses of life. This was perfect. The room we had was very clean, the big spa tub was fun and clean. Comfortable bed, pillows were not great (too stiff for me), and the staff was friendly and helpful. I red some bad reviews but really, our weekend was fab. Would do it again and hope to.
