The Restaurant is ideally located on the waterfront in full view of the Otrabanda across the Canal where one can see the lighted Pontoon Bridge that spans the Canal. It was great urgency for the Servers to point you to a seating accommodation take your Order and then you wait for the meal. The service was slow. Then you had to cross the road to pay the bill.after waiting for some one to bring you the bill which you received at the time of payment.. Maybe it was a bad day. The meal was not that tasty in any event. I had tasted better elsewhere.

We have been dying to go there for several months. Ambiance and signer are amazing. So we made a reservation for fish market.But the lobster and pizza were quite overcooked / almost burnt.We didnât finish our plates. I would have returned it but the waitress didnât stop by.The waitress was a bit lunatic and forgot to bring half or our side orders and cocktails. We waved at her the whole evening, and she wouldnât see us half the time. The other waiter assigned to serve us the wine was really fantastic though and so was the chief at the fish desk. In conclusion the Service across the staff is very inconsistent, from terrible to extremely pleasant. And the price is not cheap. Watch your bill for undelivered charged meals. This place is great! The menu offers something for everyone from breakfast dishes, burgers, fresh squeezed juice blends, and much more! The apple Dutch pancakes are sublime and the greens juice with ginger was just what I needed after missing my juices I regularly have in the US. We sat on the patio and it was lovely!

We came here with the ATV tour. The restaurants has a pretty decent menu offering and is huge in size relative to the beach. Food from the restaurant was very nice too. Water is very clear and you can take picture on the swing out in the water. Water is clearer than Cas Abao beach.

Would recommend you make a reservation if you plan to go later in the evening .our server was great cannot remember her name , but she had remembered all of our names (10) by the end of our dinner , they made sure the drinks and water never got low the food was awesome everyone left there happy and full ! Didn't have room for desert but had a a good selection on the menu.give this place a try our group had a great experience

We had booked in advance for a special occasion and I requested an oceanfront table. When we arrived, it was not ready so we waited at the bar for 30 minutes (there was a couple there who were not ordering anything more but weren't leaving and they wouldn't tell them that the table was reserved).Upon getting the table, service was very slow in terms of ordering, and the food took so long per course that we were close to falling asleep.In terms of ambience, it's really a nice setting to see the sunset and to dine on the waterfront. The food was tasty too but it just took a long time.Dear Shivani,First of all we thank you for your input. We thrive for high quality in every aspect and we regret that our service level was not that night. We also try to tutor new members of the team and you will understand that the best learning is in making mistakes (although these mistakes should preferably not me made at your table). Karakter is a bit different then other beach restaurants. Itâs not a snack bar but a place with a great menu for both lunch and dinner. Friendly service and a nice environment. Off course the prices are a bit steeper then the other beach foodstalls, but for that the food is really lovely (40-50naf/main course)Apparently the best appeltaart on the island. The place came recommended by the locals and didnât disappoint. Itâs decent food in a really nice setting and friendly service. The skewers had a nice spicy Indonesian flavor and the overall experience was positive. It failed however to deliver the wow factor to make it 5*

Two days in Curaçao, by far It is the best working people, they are very Nice, very prestative. The food is amazing, we ordered "Tiger Shrimps" and later a "Ribs", both were amazing!! Probably we are going to come back there !!
