The name means the fields of the Rhine, as the town is located on the Hochrhein. It is home to Feldschlösschen, the most popular beer in Switzerland. The city is across the river from Rheinfelden in Baden-Württemberg; the two cities were joined until Napoleon Bonaparte fixed the German–Swiss border on the Rhine in 1802 and are still socially and economically tied.

Just had dinner at this place, and already planning our next visit to it. The best is the service; the lady is lovely! And of course, the burgers are delicious! We also tried some beer from Hamburg, which was also a nice discovery Small and cosy place and good food quality, worth a visit for burger lovers.

Ich bin in Rheinfelden aufgewachsen, daher bin ich das eine oder andere Mal schon hier gewesen. Die Dürüm's finde ich, sind hier zu klein. Pizza oder Döner sind hier gut. Hier wird nicht gespart. Mitarbeiter auch sehr freundlich (Vor Ort und bei Lieferung). Nach der Zeit kennt man sich.

Liseloth und ihr Team sind immer äusserst freundlich! Eine gute Auswahl an Broten, Sandwiches, Schokolade sowie salzigen und süssen Köstlichkeiten. Die Bäckerei ist sehr begehrt, man muss sich teilweise also eine Weile gedulden bis man an der Reihe ist. Es gibt auch ein Café. Am Sonntag kann da auch gebruncht werden. Am Besten zuvor reservieren. Bis 10.â Barzahlung, darüber auch Kartenzahlung möglich.
