The apartment complex Mallorca Portofino is located in the west of the island, in Santa Ponsa, only 50 metres from the beach. Ideal for a great family holiday. The apartment complex offers functional and air-conditioned flats, some with sea views, for 4 to 6 people. There is an outdoor swimming pool and gym (currently closed). Numerous bars, restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity of the apartment complex on the promenade of Santa Ponsa. Plenty of water and sports activities in Santa Ponsa: canoeing, pedal boats, banana boats, paddle surfing, etc. The beach of Santa Ponsa will make you enjoy an unforgettable holiday by the sea. You can also choose to relax on dry land: tennis courts, cycling, running sessions, etc.

Reviewed By 479maryqWe stayed here for a week as a family of 4, 2 adults, 2 children(12 & 14). What a fab place! Super clean, the whole apartment. It was so well kitted out,plenty of delph, pots pans and all you need(enough though you're on hols, still nice to have this stuff if needed). We were in a 1 bed apt. The kids had the room, 2 single beds. And we had the pull out bed in the living room. I can't tell you enough how good the quality of the púll out bed was. It was so comfortable, and very large. We had clean sheets and towels every 2 days. The cleaner offered to clean it also. The rooms were fully air-conditioned, and super black out/sun out curtains. On the balcony we had a table and 4 chairs. Also a nice pull out clothes horse attached to the wall, to dry clothes and towels. I can't rate this place enough. Very very close to the beach, and so close to restaurants and coffee shops. The 2 pools are very nice and clean, plenty of seats. Very close to 3 supermarkets that have all you need for the hols. The staff at reception are so very helpful, with excellent knowledge of the area. On hand to order a taxi if needed, and directions! So friendly and good fun. If I could rate these apartments,they would get 100 out of 100! We will be back!

The 55 apartments of 45 m2 each have rooms with separate single beds and a 32-inch flat-screen TV in their rooms with satellite channels. The rooms have a built-in wardrobe, safety box with capacity for a laptop and telephone with external line. They also have an environmental music player. The living room is equipped with a 47-inch flat-screen TV and satellite channel. All apartments include a kitchenette with all necessary utensils such as microwave, fridge, toaster, electric kettle or coffee maker. There is also an area with a dining table and chairs. The en suite bathrooms are spacious and bright, with a shower tray (Web clients), hair dryer and magnifying mirror. Inside the bathrooms there is central heating in the winter months. The complex has a private car park supervised by security cameras (on request) with an additional cost of € 8 per day and vehicle. Depending on the season of the year, the rooms have central heating or air conditioning machines. All rooms have large outdoor terraces with terrace table, chairs and sun loungers. It also has a fixed folding clothesline. The hotel does not accept pets in its rooms and is completely non-smoking.

Reviewed By Bogs22The apartment was nice, however you can hear everything from outside and/or neighbors noise. · I had the worst experience ever in this vacation; going with my mother, I booked 11 days hoping for a nice and quiet time, however we were treated in the restaurant very bad especially by one of the waiters who made us to stop having breakfast after few days.We were offended and the rest of the vacation we felt very uncomfortable.Breakfast was poor and we have to ask every time to brig us something and they let everyone to take some food in their rooms except us,even mentioned it in a threading voice not to do it as we were punished;they serve differently and preferably other guests and hope this was not the reason that we are from Romania (even though one waiter mentioned our country in his conversations few times).The staff restaurant treated us differently compared with other guests in terms of service, amount of food and behavior.Hotel manager apologized and refunded the breakfast amount for the rest of the vacation however we felt and still are very much offended from such a horrible experience! I was working in high class cruise ships, hotels all over the world and I understand that nothing is perfect from food to accommodation, however when as a guest you are feeling uncomfortable and offended from a vacation that you expected to be at least relaxed is a very big difference!

Reviewed By Lovelock78Had a lovely relaxing week here in September. Hotel is very clean and spotless. Buffet Breakfast included was plentiful with a wide choice. Pool area very clean with a relaxing atmosphere. Pool bar was good and very reasonably priced in line with outside bars and restaurants. All reception staff were very polite and helpful. Beach and bars only a short 5 min walk. I would definitely stay again.

Reviewed By Sylvia OMartha's Apartments are simply lovely for a relaxing holiday. Extremely clean, perfect, quite location, but only 10 mins walk from the hustle and bustle of Palmanova. Great supermarket 2 mins walk away. Great coffees in local cafe. Only downside is the WiFi, which is very intermittent. Staff very friendly. Will definitely be back.

Reviewed By SamA439The hotel has everything you would expect in an apartment. It is very dated but for the price and reading the other reviews I expexted this. The location is great, plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. The only issues I had could have been easily rectified. When we arrived the sofa beds weren't set up and there were no pillows in the wardrobes so I went down to ask at reception for a pillow, only to be told the hotel was full and there isnt any! The look I got from the man on reception was as if I had a cheek asking for a pillow! He gave me a blanket to use as I asked for a towel or something to use instead. After going back to my room I then discovered there weren't enough sheets. I went down to the man on reception again to be huffed and puffed at! No apologies, in fact I felt as if I put him out for asking! The next evening at 10pm my 6 year old daughter wanted a quick game of table tennis to be told by the grumpy man on reception that it was too late!! We were playing pool next to the table tennis table so I don't know how that was OK but not table tennis. There was lifeguard sat at the outdoor pool which most of the time was empty, yet the indoor pool was full of kids playing. It seemed bizarre! Overall a nice cheap hotel but don't expect a warm welcome if the miserable bloke is on reception

in the heart of Mallorca Aldea 2 is a holiday facility located on the top of a hill with views to one of the most beautiful coves (calas, in Spanish) in the island, Cala Fornells, and to the bays of Paguera and Santa Ponsa. The apartments, situated 22 Km from Palma and 30 Km from the airport, are designed in a Mediterranean country style. Aldea 2 has a swimming pool and terrace with panoramic sea views, a snack-bar and a restaurant, La Gritta, where you can eat à la carte, a bycicle storage room, and payable WIFI access.

Reviewed By PaulH670We had carefully been following the changes to the UK Governments traffic light travel list and when Majorca went to Green, we hurriedly booked flights and accommodation. Imagine how pleased we were to find or apartmet had such treffic views across the bay, with the swimming pool and La Gritta restaurant just below us. The hotel was clean, the staff extremley friendly and nothing was to much trouble. The accommodation is sighted at the top of a slight hill, but which can be accessed by either the road or the steps up from the beach. It slept three comfortably and we were amazed to find it had two full sized/equipped bathrooms. There was never any falling out when getting ready to out! It was located within easy reach of the town and the beautiful, well kept beach. We can't wait to go back.....

Appréciable pour une semaine
Reviewed By ninonpuyoLes appartements se trouvent à moins de 10min à pieds de la plage et il y a un arrêt de bus en bas de l’immeuble qui permet de prendre quasiment tous les bus. Le réceptionniste que nous avons rencontré était très sympathique, il nous a donné un plan avec des indications pour aller au supermarché, à la plage et pour les différents arrêts de bus car nous n’avions pas de voiture. Le ménage est fait tous les 2 jours et les chambres sont fonctionnelles, pas de problème d’eau chaude, accès à la piscine sans supplément, climatisation individuelle et terrasse. Petit point négatif pour l’insonorisation. On entend les bruits de la route continuellement et les murs sont très fins (nous avons assisté à une dispute conjugale à 2h du matin dont nous aurions pu nous passer). Merci à l’équipe pour cette semaine de vacances!
