City of Industry, or simply referred to as Industry, is an industrial suburb of Los Angeles in the San Gabriel Valley region of Los Angeles County, California. Home to over 2,500 businesses and 80,000 jobs, but only 219 residents according to the 2010 census (down from 777 residents in 2000), the city is almost entirely industrial. It was incorporated on June 18, 1957 to prevent surrounding cities from annexing industrial land for tax revenue.

We visited Seafood Palace based on a friend's recommendation and we were pleasantly surprised! Their house special crab is fresh and delicious. We ordered some other dishes as well and we were not disappointed. The restaurant has awesome service; the servers are attentive to your needs. We had a wonderful dinning experience. If you haven't gone, do try and you will not be disappointed.

Haidilao Hotpot Restaurant, located in the Puente Hills Mall in City of Industry,California,is THE most delicious hotpot restaurant around!The Haidilao Hotpot Restaurant in Puente Hills Mall is the newest addition to Haidilao Hotpot Restaurants.As you walk in to the restaurant you are greeted by the friendly and courteous staff that seats you promptly. The restaurant is brite,open and spacious and your waiter or waitress immediately greets you and answers any questions you may have regarding any of their selections.Haidilao Hotpot features the freshest and highest quality of meats,fish,poultry and vegetables for the hotpot dishes-the selections seem endless at Haidilao and the base soup flavors are in a word-DELICIOUS! We had the delicious Kobe beef,sirloin,scallops,a variety of the freshest and the best tasting fish as well as tofu and vegetables.They also have an extensive variety of ingredients at their sauce bar that is self serveso you can add anything you'd like to for you hotpot meal!It was a great time with friends as we all sat together and created our meal together!The staff was very attentive and always refilled our soup bases and were prompt with all of the ingredients that we ordered.We were very happy with our dinner at Haidilao Hotpot in the Puente Hills Mall.Plenty of free parking,family,child and senior adult friendly-we had great experience at Haidilao Hotpot Restaurant and are looking forward to coming back soon!

After our visit to the Chinese Buddhist temple in Hacienda Heights we found the Phoenix nearby. The menu was full of dishes that we had never previously encountered. It completed our cultural experience.The ambiance was plain, the prices reasonable, portions large and menu selections challenging in their variety and unfamiliarity. It was a good way to cap off the day.It is part of a chain with numerous branches throughout Asian communities in the Greater Los Angeles area.

Two Adults and Two teenage Boys in between morning water polo games looking for a place to eat. This is Cantonese style dining and we were the only Caucasians in the restaurant which was full of local Chinese couples and families. A very good sign. It's fun to explore new places and different types of food. The service was outstanding and the food was fresh and tasty. The Boys tried the Beef Noodle bowl and the Peanut Butter French Toast....both were delicious. The adults went for the porridge dishes and they were also very tasty. Affordable, fresh and tasty food with good service.

Met friends here for dinner last night and was pleasantly surprised. For the price, especially with senior discount, it was quite a deal. They had all your normal Asian buffet items, not the best, I must say, but good quality. I liked the fried chicken wings the best. Their sushi was OK and no sashimi even at dinner. The sauteed shrimps was also good. I will have to try their BBQ station next time. Not the best Asian buffet but for the price...it was good. We had been here several times when it was Komi but stopped coming when it went downhill. We may come more often with that price range.

Food taste good but some of the ingredients could have been better. For example my clam never opened up which means it's bad. For 11.99 you get your own pot already did loaded up for you. It's cooked by alcohol bricks that's pretty long lasting, at least 25min which was impressive. Could use higher quality ingredients though.

We stumbled on this place when we were visiting our daughter. The food came out super fast and it was delicious!We ordered pork dumplings, house chicken, shredded pork with Peking sauce, garlic fried shrimp and Peking spring onion pancakes. It was all very fresh and tasty. The house chicken was definitely different-served cold with a sauce and cucumbers. We loved all the dishes. And not your run of the mill Chinese food. We very much recommend this place.
