Wouldn't expect to find Louisiana style steam kettle cooking in a Chino Hills mall, so The Boiler was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant interior is fairly austere, but don't let that dissuade you from dining here --- the food is definitely worth it.The entrees are served in large porcelain bowls, and we opted for the shrimp scampi and the jambalaya. Both were delicious. A really nice feature was being able to order on a scale from 0 - 10. We stayed in the 2-3 range, which gave the flavors a nice piquancy without overwhelming them with heat. But if you want to go that direction, it's good to have the choice. We both went with the amber microbrew ---- good accompaniment.If you're still a hungry young'n, you may want to throw in a starter or salad to round out the meal, but for us older folks, just the entrée was more than enough. We paid $18 - $19 for our entrees and $7.75 for the beers, not cheap, but reasonable for the quality. Service was friendly and attentive.We appreciate you sharing your positive experience with everyone, and I hope to see you again in the near future.

This is a medium priced, relaxing place to eat. Love the Paninis, Pasta Salad, Soup and Lemon Bars! You order, then sit down and they bring the food to you when its ready. Self serve drinks.

They seem to offer new food items to meet our ethnic and ever changing population which is good. Must admit I order the same thing most of the time and I'm a happy camper!! Enjoy the French onion soup and Asian chicken salad. Both are tasty and of course love the baguette!! I also look forward to their bakery items. Loved the heart cookies and today I had a tulip shortbread cookie which made my day complete ;-0

This seafood restaurant has been open nearly a year and was surprisingly great. We always are on the lookout for new eateries and stumbled upon this one. The restaurant was clean and spartan with an ocean theme. Large flat screens were all around for entertainment. The menu has a wide variety of different lobster, crab and shrimp dishes at reasonable prices. The happy hour menu is the value goldmine here. You can get HUGE lobster roll and crab melt sandwiches with a side of great fries for just 8 dollars and change! These sandwiches are STUFFED with lobster and crab meat respectively! I am a glutton, but found it slightly challenging to finish off the lobster roll and fries. The lobster meat was so big, chunky and plentiful that I was a little overwhelmed. A sure sign of a great value! The staff is really friendly and the bathrooms are very clean. I totally recommend this seafood mecca! It has something that every crustacean fan will like. Spread the word far and wide! Come and enjoy lobster and crab bliss!
