Nice large restaurant, very comfortable, and includes counter service. Food is NEW YORK JEWISH DELI style, so smoked pastrami, corned beef, tongue, salami, smoked fish, potato pancakes, matzo ball soup, Knish, borscht, and way so much more.Service is usually very good and was this time as well. My wife and I were there with my daughter, son in law and our grandson.Pickles came out first and were replenished on request.I had pastrami and corned beef on rye, called Randy's Choice. My wife had Chicken Salad on a Kaiser roll. Daughter and son in law each had pastrami.The place is less consistent then I would like, sometimes the meat is too fat or too stringy; sometimes the bread slices are too small. This time the bread was the right size and the meats were lean and melted in your mouth.The pickles, a free appetizer, were full dills. My 20 month old grand son ate most of the first plate of them so we asked for more.Food comes out quickly. The server stays nearby so we never waited for service.There is always a wait to be seated, but at the end of the meal you can go back through the restaurant and into their fresh bakery which is extensive and luscious appearing. We always get some cookies for my wife or kids. I usually buy a rye bread to extend the experience. I love this place and there is nothing better or even as good in Orange County or even south Los Angeles county.

My wife and I split the foot long Sweet Onion Chipolte Chicken Sub for $8.10. We chose the Herb and Cheese roll. The sweet onion part of it turned out to be a sweet onion sauce. You have to choose between several types of cheese, I picked the provolone. They toast the chicken and cheese on the roll before deciding on adding lettuce, tomato and red onion among the different veges that you can add to your sub. The resulting sub was very good. The chunks of marinated chicken were quite tasty. Good service.

My family and I were planning an early supper at Thai BBQ. When we got there at 3:45pm, we found out it was closed between 3-4pm. We walked around the complex/strip mall and found this little hole in the wall Sandwich House. The owner was extremely welcoming as soon even when we were just checking out the menu. We ordered a seafood pho, a banh mi sandwich, a croissant ham and cheese sandwich, an avocado shake, and a Thai tea. All that for just $24. The food tasted great, much better than Lee's Sandwiches. But more importantly, the owner was providing the best possible service possible! She gave us free ice tea, free buttered toast, free lollipops (for my kids), and a free tin of cookies (all within one meal)! She was definitely working very hard for us to come back and become repeat customers and we definitely will be back.
