Pretty bad Mexican food. I would not recommend this to friends, as you would be better off hitting a Taco Bell or Del Taco. The food was very mild and bland, not the type of Mexican food I am accustomed to in Southern CA. The service was lacking as well. On a weeknight, we were seated promptly, yet waited longer than we should have for drinks and even longer to order out meals. If you are looking for good Mexican food, keep looking and pass up Casa Ramos, unless your taste buds arenât too adventurous.

This is much like any other Taco Bell in the chain, but they also serve Pizza Hut pizza, so that gives a little variety. No surprises. If you've been to any other Taco Bell, ou pretty much know what you are getting here,

unfortunately, i like tex-mex...so this was not a place i'd pick normally. i have to say, though, that the pork tamale was excellent. the beans and rice were bland. my husband had soft tacos - he prefers hamburger, but they only had steak - and they were a little skimpy. definitely didn't fill him up.

This is an intimate restaurant where you are served by the owners. They will take the time to explain what they serve and how it is prepared. No lard here and they bake instead of frying. They have vegetarian and vegan option. The food is just outstanding. If you want extra spicy just ask. The tacos are excellent and the chili relleno is just fabulous! The chicken mole is the best I have ever had. You canât go wrong at the Wild Rooster!

We stopped here for a lunch and tried a small salad and a couple of pieces of chicken. The chicken was very dry and super well done but the salad was delicious and they had lots of avocado and other fixings. Will definitely do lunch here again

We generally like this chain well at least the crescent city location. We got the Carne asada fries. Verdict fries seemed old, steak has no flavor, guacamole sweet and sour with bitterness, source am was sour and runny like it's been left out.The good fast service. Took about 3 to 4 minutes. Which is also the bad why we feel it's old.We will just drive to roseville and get a better quality Carne asawa fries that are cheaper and the taste is fenominal.

We love this restaurant and their other restaurant , the Cantina. The food is great, good selections, and the staff are so nice. They catered our 50th anniversary celebration and everyone loved the food.

First off, my wife and I have have been to their Famous Brunch on SUNDAYS several times now. It remains one of my favorite places to dine. My wife and I are FOREVER FOODIES and I mentioned this restaurant to our friends, who are Hispanic and love Latino food. They decided to drive a hundred miles away and have lunch with us, at El Tapatio. In my opinion, this restaurant is truly Excellent for service and we have not ordered anything less than excellent in cuisine. Our friends are Hispanic, this is their cuisine; their culture. They each ordered different dishes and my wife and I ordered chili Colorado and Chili Verda. Our guests the ordered the frieheta sampler and some other dish I could not provide. It was delicious though. They asked many questions in Spanish and provided their orders to the waitress in Spanish. IT was a great time, all were having pleasant memories, wonderful day. Service was excellent food was exceptional for the cost.

This place went through an amazing transformation about 15 years ago. Complete remodeling, staffing and menu.....Cozy atmosphere with romantic or business overtones and great service with typical large Mexican food portions...You won't be disappointed and you won't leave hungry. Full Bar Service is also excellent....
