Situated in Howard Hughes center which is under construction, it took us a while to find the restaurant but the food compensated for all our frustration in locating the restaurant. A special treat for happy hour on Sunday from 8-10pm. The price was so good, we ordered more food than we could eat. Mixed tempura, seaweed salad, spicy tuna salad, sesame chicken, gyoza, salmon sushi, albacore sushi, fire cracker, calamari karaage, spicy tuna roll, alaskan roll. We were so full after all the dishes. Not only the food was fresh and of good quality, and the portion was good size. I would definitely come back again, especially I joined the red mask club which will give me a discount of $25 after I spent $500.

My first experience with Mongolian barbecue was at a little establishment in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia in 1979. When I heard about one close to the LAX airport I had to try it. The first time I visited Three Flames restaurant was in 1982. I think they had been in business for several years prior to that. I am happy to say that I enjoyed the food, service and hospitality on a regular basis when visiting LAX area. Three Flames is NOT fancy but it's GOOD and it's consistent. It has set the Mongolian Bar-b-q standard for me. While many prefer a quick burger at the Airport In n' Out, a think a lunch or dinner stop at Three Flames is worth the short drive or cab ride.

That was the first Panda express we tried. It was close, and we were hungry and tired and looked like a place, where we can have some quick bite. We didn't know the rules, so we didn't follow them, but it was all right. My partner had Fried Rice, Shanghai Angus Steak and Broccoli Beef. Into my box went some Chow Mein, Honey Walnut Shrimp and also Broccoli Beef. The food was tasty, but nothing extraordinary. My Chow Mein would have been much better if I would be able to pour some soy sauce onto it, but it wasn't available. The restaurant was clean, the staff friendly and the prices very reasonable.

The restaurant is near the Los Angeles airport. Arrive early because the restaurant is packed by 7pm.I liked the crunch wrap and the baked lobster rolls. They're a specialtyThe service was very good. The restaurant is family owned and has an unique style and atmosphere.

Stayed at the Super 8 nearby for an overnight stay and got a take-away meal here (5 min walk). You choose from the Chinese and/or Mongolian buffet and pay for the total weight of food you choose. Plenty of choices and relatively fresh. My total came to about $8 and it was more than enough for an evening meal plus some left over for breakfast. Taste of choices was good with enough background spiciness.

As so many have noted, the food is both exquisite in taste and presentation. Several of the courses ranked among the best I have ever had. We also were very fortunate in that our dinner partners procured our reservation on the first try! I felt that the sake pairings weren't worth the price. They did not seem to accent the dishes the way a good wine pairing can -- though to be fair, I am not all that familiar with sake so perhaps it is my lack of experience. I also felt that the sitting should either be about a half hour longer or two dishes shorter -- we felt a bit rushed at the end.But in the end, the ambiance, service, food and presentation far outweighed the minor complaints and the experience was very much worth it.

This average yet fairly authentic Thai restaurant is located close to the airport, and we stopped by before returning our rental car. The service is slow and inattentive and not particularly knowledgable. The choice of food is the usual fair at slightly too high prices. Most of the dishes are prepared freshly but they use some convenience products as well. Generally, it is far too sweet (even by Thai standards).

I spent quite a bit of time during my trip to find a really good Indian restaurant. There were only 5 reviews, so I was sceptical. I definitely made the right choice. Fantastic buffet with excellent food matched by outstanding service and a great atmosphere. Clean place with a nice storefront right in front of the SpaceX Falcon Heavy model in downtown Hawthorne. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Robbie (the owner?) says: "Have no fear, Robbie is here!" I would agree.Thank you so much for your visit and a great review about indiaâs Tandoori. Reviews are really helpful for us to find out what customers are saying about the food and service.Hopefully see you soon again.Thanks.

Stopped here for dinner after pick up at LAX. Tried different dishes than what we usually order at Thai restaurants: crispy calamari dipped in corn meal (light and crunchy); lamb duck salad (generous slices of duck breast and a wedge of cabbage); and Rad Na - broad flat noodles, Chinese broccoli and shrimp (surprised that it was a soup). These dishes were very flavorful and delicious! Good service.
