Quaint little cottage hotel
Reviewed By PiaBCMy husband and I booked this hotel for an overnight stay in Tagaytay this December. The rooms were spacious, water heater was superb, and with a good mini kitchen. The rate also includes decent plated breakfast, based on your choices from their quite generous selection, served in your hotel room at your indicated time. Would come back again.

Noisy, expensive, no curtains, no hot water

Kids shouting in the pool well after 11 pm, despite rules that say quiet hours begin 11, and I asked the father to keep them quiet 2. At 7:45 am a very loud chain saw began ceaselessly u til we left at 11 am 3. No hot water in the morning 4. No curtains on the two windows at head of bed 5. Floor was dirty w hair balls n more 6. Breakfast was minimal 7. Price was twice that of the much better Casa Marina I would have preferred to stay in Manilas worst district

Hotel Georgina is located at brgy buho amadeo cavite. Its only 180 meters away from aguinaldo road and 3 minutes away from tagaytay circle.
Pet friendly hotel
Reviewed By kvtbarrogaIt is very rare to find a pet friendly hotel and we are glad to discover Hotel Georgina. For only an additional of Php 300/pet, you can tag them along! We were even the first ones to stay in their family poolside room as our check in date was only 3 days after they opened. They have a common kitchen where you can cook. Their staff are very accommodating and friendly. Their food is very affordable and the taste is super value for money. I have nothing but good words for Hotel Georgina. This is definitely not the last time we will be booking with them. · FOR IMPROVEMENT: * the pool is awesome, but it will be perfect if it is heated * pillows were a bit stiff, expected fluffy ones * decor were a bit tacky these are just minor stuff, not really a deal breaker. :)

OK, but not great

Everything is old, creaky, dirty, and the staff aren't that much accommodating (or maybe because I'm just a local). All their amenities and activities are just limited. 2 kayaks and 1 water bike is just available. Had to wait for an hour or so just for those activities. Wave pool, the wall climbing activity is not even working. Many other outdoor activities are just broken and unavailable and we just got tired of asking. Had a hiccup with our packed dinner and it took them an hour to figure out that they've been sending the food in the wrong room. Had to go and check twice too. And the food is just awful. The beef is just rubber. And the peas tastes bitter. It just feels cheap. Had to pay 40 pesos for the toothbrush/toothpaste because it's not toiletries is not included in the package. What kind of hotel room was that. During our stay, another guest even got injured and had a swollen lip afterwards. I guess those waivers do come handy right? Be careful when trying their activities. All in all, we had quite a fun stay but we'd rather spend it elsewhere. We got fooled by the website and the videos on YouTube. There's a real uncanny situation going on and I'm not even sure if their trying to fix it.

Reviewed By iammarc_yFriendly staff, pet friendly resort, nice that its not crowded with lots of open air spaces. Mostly filipino food on the menu. Only issue we had was the shower's water heater in our room wasn't working which we brought to the management's attention.

Reviewed By bloodimer30We will definitely go back. The hotel is near shopping malls and some affordable restaurants. Staff is very courteous and polite. The place is very cozy and really good for relaxation. They also have mini swimming pool and ofcourse their ambassador room have a nice view of taal lake.

Reviewed By MimiYakThis place has two beach front and surfing is the main activity. Facilities needs maintenance and climbing the steps to the view deck will give you you're needed exercise. We went to a waterfall that's just 5 minutes away. We bought sea food from the nearby market and they can cook it for you for a cheap pesos. Quiet place since we went on an off season would love to visit again and set camp next time.

Reviewed By Nathaniel-GreenEntering the hotel, I had to get the attention of the guards on the gate, just to get information. There was no greeting, there was no feeling of being welcomed. Once inside we went to the restaurant to have some coffee, and the place was filthy. Dirty Windows, dusty tables and chairs.. While we were having coffee, we could hear swear words flying across the room from staff talking. This instantly set off whatever mood that's left of our morning. We decided to go to the garden, to somehow get away from the depressing dining room. As we went to pay for our coffee, we were told they didn't have change. Instead of having one of their staff get some change, we were told to go back to our car in the parking lot to get coins. When I resisted, the staff rolled her eyes at me and grudgingly went back room to find some change. A few seconds later she came back saying they don't have any (She didn't look at all). So we were forced to go back to our car and pay with coins. We took a quick look at their garden to get some air after the stressful chain of events, and was not surprised to see an unmaintained garden and amenities. Right there and then we decided to get out of the place.
