Descent enough for a family
Reviewed By dadimakdetailDespite having cramped rooms, our stay was good. I can't say much for those who wanted to stay for extended days because we only spent a night here. As soon as we arrived, we were assisted on our parking. Parking was small too, by the way, and it was an outdoor one along the road. I'm not sure if they have other parking areas. I didn't ask. The room was good. It was enough to give as a good night sleep. Breakfast was good too. We had longsilog without the "sinangag" though. But it was good. The ambience of the place looks peaceful too. But... If you're planning to stay for extended days, there might be still other places to stay. This is located at the heart of the city. You'll be greeted with traffic as soon as you walk out of the hotel's doors. If you're looking for a "green" ambience, I believe there are other hotels that have this. Despite Tuguegarao city having a humid weather, the hot and cold shower was a plus too. :)

Reviewed By wandersofjoyNot a great place to stay as a family especially if you have toddlers with you. Their restaurant is open for smokers and non smokers with no designated areas. Service is below average, unwelcoming and rude. The room has an odd and strong smell.

Reviewed By isplijterThe hotel is in a very good location. The hotel is also new, and the rooms are clean. There is a hot shower, but they just need to indicate which one is hot or cold. I had a good sleep and shower in this hotel. The staff are friendly too. Best hotel in Tueguegarao I think so far.

From 1 story motel type room, deluxe room 3 story with very nice view of surroundings. It is convenient and near to everything to the sea, market, municipal hall, hospital, police station, bus station no brown out, it has its own surge treatment processing facility, Eco friendly area.
Homey, friendly staff

I came across Eden's Lodging House on-line and immediately contacted its owner to make a reservation. She very kindly gave me instructions and directions since it was my first time to go to the area. The van driver dropped me right in front of the lodging house and even it was it was already quite late in the evening when I arrived, the owner very warmly welcomed me and guided me to my room. There are different types of accommodation at Eden's Lodging House. They have rooms for single, double, triple occupants and groups. Breakfast was included in the price, which was really within everyone's budget. The staff at the reception desk was very friendly and arranged everything for my tour to Palaui Island on the following day. The lodging house is conveniently located, too. It's just a few minutes away from a market place, a van terminal, and some eateries. So far I have stayed in this place twice, and this is one place I would surely return to every time I'm in Cagayan Province. While accommodation was basic, at least it had everything I need for a good night rest ... a good bed, AC, TV, rest and shower room. Thumbs up!

One of the newest and modern hotels in Cauayan City
Reviewed By sabi0jamesDuring this time of the pandemic,only few hotels have reopened for business. We were lucky that this hotel is open during our stay in Cauayan City. This modern hotel has two elevators to service its seven floors. The room we got was on the 3rd floor and looking out the glass window one will have a view of the SM mall. It was clean, and has a flat screen TV, aircon, hot and cold shower. A small restaurant is at the lobby where we enjoyed our breakfast. Parking space is bigger at the back of the hotel.

Reviewed By Les080253The one thing we will remember is the rooms had no windows and a window type Ac where the window should be .Staff were all friendly and it’s located next to a mall and the price was reasonable.The showers are good with hot water which is not a given in the rural Philippines. Few of the hotels and restaurants in Santiago are listed on Trip Advisor and there are better options, we moved to Mango Suites which was the same price yet had balconies in the rooms and overlooking the rover .Free Wifi which was fast was a plus.

OK place to stay after a long drive
Reviewed By IziaStayed with 2 friends after a very long drive from Baguio City. Easy to find and has a sufficient parking area. The hotel being beside a Petron station was a plus. Although the rooms are not luxurious, it served the purpose for a good night sleep and some showers. However, with the quality of the toilet/bathroom & toiletries offered, I find this hotel a bit pricey. Have not stayed in any other hotel in this city so I don't really know what else is on offer. This could be the best they could offer so no complains...

Excellent place to relax with family
Reviewed By dokNemieWe were a group of 18 people (family) who checked in after Christmas. We were given 4 rooms which were all very neat and clean and in proper order. The air-conditioned room had a double and single bed with its own bathroom and toilet equipped with water heater. There was a television with cable channels. The beds were very comfortable. The place only had a total of 10 rooms. But it had a function room, a small restaurant. The staff were very accommodating, courteous and attentive to our needs. The food was great. The manager was kind, the chef was also very considerate of our requests. The place is just 2 years old so they are not so used to having a big group like ours when it comes to preparing food. But if you advise them ahead of time, they can comply with your requests. And they are very flexible with the time you would like to have your meals, as well. Very recommended!
