Across from front desk is a small convenient store where you can purchase chips, soda, aspirin, etc. They have an outdoor pool. The staff is courteous. They offer breakfast. This location is close to the Parx Casino and close to the mall.

Ruined 3 year anniversary

Front desk refused to accommodate and rectify the situation and wait for it…. they sent us away with a refund with a simple “Well, I suggest you two go back home.” it was 10pm and we were over 150miles away from our home state. It was a horrible stay and absolutely ruined 3 year anniversary with my fiancé. thank you so much for this “couple getaway”. Amenities might now work, indifferent staff won’t do anything to accommodate. Visit at your own risk.

Reviewed By seriglori1We had a another terrific overnite stay at the Ghost Light Inn in New Hope. Dinner at Stella was wonderful, and wandering around New Hope is delightful. Had a spa visit at Nurture Spa the next day and a great lunch at Lambertsville Station. Loved the 24 hour getaway!

Pleasantly Surprised! My Choice for Doylestown & Bucks County.
Reviewed By Michael DThis is was a quick trip in and out of the Doylestown. To start, the staff was pleasant and accommodating. The room (1 king bed), especially the bathroom was very clean, the room décor, especially the bathroom floor (no tile, but a wood-look...loved it), a heater that kept the room even temp, and the bed was perfect. I will return 2 or 3 more times through this time next year, and if possible, beyond.

I’d stay elsewhere.. use your money better
Reviewed By 1012SLyndseyI’ll start with what people looking at reviews actually care about. Cleanliness.. every single towel given to us was stained. Washed but stained. Still absolutely gross to me, I don’t want to see someone else’s brown marks, mascara etc on anything. When we requested more towels, we had to wait an hour and a half because they had none. I’ve never heard of such a thing especially at such an empty hotel. As soon as we walked in the room, it smelt like cigarettes and mildew. I had to shower because I felt like I smelt like it. Floor definitely wasn’t vacuumed between stays, food, crumbs etc on floor. Who knows what else wasn’t cleaned properly between stays… nothing in the bathroom looked up to my expectation especially with COVID going on. Appearance is huge… must have been a crack or damage to the bathtub, that was just slabbed over didn’t even try to make it look decent, same with ceilings and walls. Made me feel like I was in a sketchy motel, the rusty looking mold on the ceiling light in the bathroom added to that effect. Now this wouldn’t have mattered AS much to me if they didn’t up charge me almost $60 more from what I booked online. I originally wanted to book at Spring Hill next door but they were $175/night, I could get Holiday Inn with a discount at $107/night so that was a no brainer. Reviews were about the same. Got there to check in and after having me sign in they wanted to “make me aware” that my nightly fee was going up to $165/night. I felt taken advantage of and very angry to say the least then to see the room condition made it worse. $165+/night for that? No thanks, not again.

I called the hotel for 2 days but the phones were not working. I also tried customer service but no one was able to help so I had no choice but to cancel and stay somewhere else!!!
