The location of the hotel is great! Very close to park entrance and walking distance to a couple of restaurants as well as a general store with everything you could want in it! The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The breakfast buffet was huge and well stocked! Our family of 5 stayed in a suite and the space was perfect for us.

This hotel is part of "Ruby's Inn Resort" but if you can't get a room at the Ruby Inn Resort consider staying elsewhere. This hotel is across the street from the "Resort". It is definitely not a resort and has no amenities except an empty ice machine. The room we were given was on the first floor directly across the parking lot from the lobby. Hotel consists of at least 4 buildings and a separate building for the lobby, which doesn't have anyone there until 2:30 PM. The room was very outdated. 2 Queen beds but one had suspicious looking hairs on top of the bedspread. Areas of the floor were "wet" and the bathroom door would not close. Walls and floors must be paper thin, as I heard everything that was going on next to us and above. Had the room reserved for 2 nights but left after 1. No help at the front desk, at Ruby's Resort with a refund. Breakfast is included, but you have to fight the crowds across the street at the Ruby's Resort restaurant. I would definitely look around before I stayed here. Place appeared full though, so maybe there aren't many options (and they probably know it) .

If you want a motel from the 1970s this is your place. Desperate need of upgrade. Musty smell. The bedspread was prob from the 70s too. But the bathroom was clean. Mattress was quite worn. The restaurant was good for lunch and dinner. In fact 2 different Bryce Canyon staff recommended it. But overpriced in our opinion. Lunch was 3 sandwiches, 3 soft drinks and 2 pieces of pie for $74!!! And was not open for breakfast the 2 days we were there. Bryce Canyon really needs to step up their game like Zion and the town of Springdale.

Bryce Canyon Resort

This rustic resort offers the charm of yesteryear. Escape from the hustle and bustle of the hi-tech world and return to a time when Cowboys road horses through the outback of the Wild West.Visit the hiding places of Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid or hike the hoodoos of Byrce Canyon. No matter what your visit, leave your cares at the door and escape to this charming inn. After a long day, saddle up to the bar and ask the bartender for any icy cold beer to wash away the dust. Or enjoy a thick juicy steak at the Cowboy Ranch House Restaurant. Our Award winning restaurant the Cowboy Ranch House is famous for their BBQ ribs. What a dump!!

Reviewed By maggymolly

The worst place we have ever stayed! First 'room' was a flimsy box no even on a foundation so the whole thing shook. Floor not level so you were up and down - made me dizzy. Sat on one of the beds, and it felt of. Called front desk, and an employee came to our door. He immediately said the bed was broken! Who put sheets on that bed, and didn't report that it was broken. Boards at front door were rotten. They said they would give us a 'better' 'updated' room. Ha! what a joke. It was pretty much the same. Rode out, and saw nice hotel across the street. Called, and were told that we would not get any refund....even though we had just checked in an hour ago. Told them how unhappy we were with the dump, and they said we could move into a 'better' room in the hotel section. This meant that we had to pack up and unpack for the third time. It was only for 2 nights, and we would be gone to the park all day so we just stayed. I don't know how or why the call it a resort, because it is NOT A RESORT! The only positive was the breakfast. It was a buffet, but did have eggs and sausage and juice. Lots of bread items, but we are gluten free. It is right on the highway, and easy access to Bryce Canyon National Park. Otherewise, do more research, and find a better place. This joint may have been ok back 30 or more years ago, but those cabins need to be torn down and started over before they fall down.

Stayed a couple of nights as our accommodation in Bryce Luxury Camping was non existent. Not sure if they were involved as manager seemed to know all about Camping not existing. Gave a good price as other accommodation was prepaid and no other accommodation in Bryce was available. Very basic, phone did Not work, hole in walls but everything was clean. Would not recommend.

Dumpy!! Don’t go

Reviewed By 878gretchenh

A dump! Howlers, the one lonely staff person was nice. Although relatively clean, the place needed a total makeover. Carpets and walls were shabby. The room was seriously small. The bedside “table” was so small it barely fit water bottles and a phone. No ice machine
