Dirty and the manager is a liar and a cheat
Reviewed By Ricki KDisgusting room. Don’t stay here. Black mold in the showers cockroaches in the bedroom, moldy refrigerator, bugs in the shower. Manager said it was normal for cockroaches to be crawling the walls. I’m assuming black mold is normal tops

Reviewed By calgary-wonderboyI travel a lot and this hotel had by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. You don't expect much from a 2-star hotel but the rudeness and unhelpfulness of the staff was something to behold. Avoid this hotel at all cost. I promise, it's not worth it.

Reviewed By W1734VHphilipbStayed here recently for 5 days and everything was great. The rooms looked exactly like the pictures. We loved the large space and full-sized kitchen with dining table, including full sized refrigerator. There was plenty of space for clothes including a walk-in closet. Two nice sized TVs with HD cable. Easy/quick drive to Hard Rock Stadium. They have some “rules” you must follow, but they were all very reasonable (e.g. quiet time in the late night/early morning). Absolutely fine with those. They also require a $150 deposit, but I received that back immediately after check out, no problem. It didn’t seem like they had many parking spaces, but we had no trouble parking any night. So, it must be enough. Also, no daily housekeeping, but we knew that coming in. Lastly, they don’t have 24/7 service in the office. Our flight landed late so we were not able to check-in normally, but the staff easily explained how we would be able to enter the room (very simple process) and checked in the next morning. The place wasn’t spotless and some of the furniture was dated, but overall the stay was fine, and I’d stay there again. If you’re expecting the Ritz and to be pampered every five seconds, this isn’t the place for you, but if you want a very affordable apartment type feeling with clean, large rooms, full kitchen, and a pleasant atmosphere, stay here.

Beautiful views; Front desk is not very good, after the phone app check-in still need to re-do the whole reservation. charge taxes even it' was already paid by points., Parking it's also the mall parking needed to walk to the side to park. room is small, bed and pillow are not very good. room lighting was hard to control, the front switch show down the whole room including the outlets while trying to charge the phone.

Reviewed By JJFergieWe stayed in room B4 which backs onto the Taco Bar, and the music is played loud until 11pm. When we tried to change rooms they didn't have any available. I was with my kids 6&8 and we didn't much sleep, and the windows and walls are paper thin so we could sleep in. The hotel does NOT look like pictures, it is very run down, it is however very close to the beach.

We are a family owned and operated motel 100ft from the famous Hollywood broadwalk on the ocean. Completely remodeled in 2014. New bathrooms, kitchen, furniture, mattresses, LCD tvs and plenty of outdoor seating surrounded in lush tropical gardens. Free wifi, parking, gas grills, beach chairs and shuffle board. Reviewed By Tour425704The type of hotel I would see vacationing on the coast of Italy. Nothing fancy, but clean and filled with lots of lush greenery. The location can’t be beat. Just a block away from the beach and many restaurants.

Great location, old room
Reviewed By Kosta-MacedoniaThe location is perfect, less than 5 minutes to the beach, close to restaurants, shops and everything else. The room was old, the a/c was making lots of noise so I needed to turn it off at night so I can sleep. They have towels and all the amenities in the room, they also supply with beach towels, chairs and umbrellas for the beech, its first come first serve, but there is plenty. They supposed to clean the rooms but they forgot to do it one night, so we used the dirty ones for that day. Parking is free but very limited, so don't come late or you will need to pay somewhere else to park. Even with all the small discrepancies, I still recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay here again.

DIRTY, DINGY. & ROACH INVESTED

We arrived at about 11pm and I should’ve known something was wrong when I had to call someone’s cell to check in. Then Diane tells me they require a “refundable deposit” but their credit card system is acting up and they charge a fee to use it. She promptly offers me the option to pay via Zelle since it’s faster and I will get my refund quicker. That was a stupid mistake on my behalf!!! We get to the room and it was dingy, the sheets were stained, it smelled bad and the place was falling apart. NOTHING like the pictures they advertise. If that wasn’t bad enough about 30min into our night we ordered food and COCKROACHES starting coming out!!! My family and I were outraged. I called Diane and she tells me they have a 1 bedroom they can move us to (I booked a 2 Bedroom) but I instantly declined. There was no way we were going to stay on the premises. We had to find another hotel last minute and I called and messaged them several times for my refund which they agreed to send. 1 week later and I called again and now they said we broke a TV so we don’t get our money back!!! STAY AWAY… don’t get scammed!!!
