We were here twice, once in the afternoon for a break on a cycling tour, once for dinner.First time the service was slow and uninterested, the cake was good, as was the coffee.Second time, the service was attentive and friendly(same staff). The food was ok, but not great. The meat, ordered âmedium rareâ was rather âbleuâ the fries where oily and we did not touch them.The winelist is good, prices appropriate. We think, there is room for improvement.

We were glad to find a table on this warm day, and we were really dying of thirst. We were placed just at the kitchen, so the staff passed us several times every minute. After about 10 minutes we were given a menu. When no one had botherd to pay us attention after anothet 10-15 minutes we left.Despues de atenderles, fuera de nuestro horario de trabajo (llegaron mas tardes de las 15 h), avisar que era la única mesa disponible (al lado de la barra, no en la cocina), ponerles unas aceitunas, detalle de la casa) y dejarles las cartas, para escoger los platos, les parecio demasiado tiempo que tardaramos 10 minutos en pasar a tomarles nota, dejando la mesa sucia y sin ninguna explicacion, abandonar el restaurante.

Calaix de Sastre is situated on a pretty square in the centre of Falset. The interior walls are decorated with wooden casings from many of Priorat's wineries. It's a great spot to enjoy some superb Priorat wines by the glass without having to buy a whole bottle. They've got a limited choice of things to eat on the menu, mainly platters of cheese and ham, but they're tasty and ideal to accompany your wine selections, just don't expect to have lunch or dinner here.

We literally stumbled upon this wine bar as we were lost in the winding roads of Gratallops. Craig and Tanya are wonderful hosts and made suggestions that enhanced our visit. There were not many options for dinner in this little town, but this is an excellent choice!

Very nice setup. Very convinient on the outskirts of Gratallops. Ample parking. We had the lunch menu with wine tasting. Food was great. We liked the lamb chops and country pathe and salad. So much choice and si fresh. Probably the best lunch in the area. Definite must. Too bad they were not open for dinner as well...

Exceptional views of the Priorat sunset. Marc Pi really makes this place amazing. Nouvelle cuisine with local ingredients. Tasting menu is great for business meetings but also for couples. You can also book a room above the restaurant with great views of Gratallops.
