Been here twice now: on both occasions food was not available although they do claim to provide at certain times.There are pleasant aspects from the winery and the tasting room is convivial: however, on our visit it appeared they were not expecting too many visitors as it was in a fairly untidy state.Wines tried were OK.Thank you for taking the time to review our cellar door and vineyard. We truly value the opinions of our customers and apologise that we did not meet your expectations on this occasion. On this occasion we may have been packing our wine club orders or in fact doing our office refurb.Providing our visitors with the best possible experience and service has always been our mission. We want you to know that we truly enjoy sharing our passion for our wines and destination with visitors and want you to walk out the door feeling fulfilled by your visit.If you come back to our cellar door I would love to have the opportunity to speak with you directly, so please ask for me. Pepper (a lovely dog) will be the friendly host! Hidden Creek Cafe offers a casual lunch experience overlooking Hidden Creek vineyard. The winery is just off the New England Highway in Ballandean and visitors stop in for both the cafe and the cellar door, which offers a range of elegant white and red wines and a pink moscato that has proven to be a crowd favourite. The cafe offers dishes that can be perfectly paired with the estate's wines and the menu offers a broad array of Modern Australian cuisine.Thanks for your kind review.
