Is it the decor? Is it the exceptional service? Or possibly that Jason and Eric offer the freshest most delicious ingredients? Yes, all of it contributes to a positive experience. Every meal is accompanied by a tasty morsel (amuse- bouche) prepared with an exceptional sauce. Thanks for a wonderful dining experience!

We went here after my sons graduation ceremony. There were 6 of us. We were seated at a hibachi table, but the table wasn't working (the grill), so they moved us to another table, no big deal. We ordered shrimp & chicken, salmon & shrimp, shrimp & scallops and lobster & filet mignon. Everything was very good. The food was all cooked to perfection and the rice was tasty. They were a little cheap on the vegetables, we each only got a very small amount. The chef put on a very good show and was very nice. The prices are comparable to other hibachi restaurants. The bill was $185 for the six of us, which included a 18% tip. (We did not have any cocktails) I did give the Chef an extra tip because the 18% that they add on to the bill is split between the waitress and the Chef and I felt he deserved more. We all really enjoyed this restaurant, and will definitely be back!

Finally tried the new Sushi Restaurant in Sayville and was pleasantly surprised. The ambiance is nice inside considering the building used to be the Modern Diner. I had the Shrimp Tempura Roll, Spicey Salmon Roll and a Spice Yellow Tail roll and they were all very good. Would stop in again.
