We had such a lovely time with Maritina ans Antonio! They were the best and kindest hosts we have ever experienced! The food is absolutely delicious. Honest Galicien Cuisine and you can taste the quality of the products they use. The seafood is especially tasty! Thank you for making our stay in the region that much better !

On our way from Santiago de Compostela to Finisterre we wanted to stop for lunch, and we saw a number of restaurants along the waterfront at Muros. The best reviewed restaurant on TA was heaving, but was a little too near the road for our liking. We liked the look of Teatro Mercedes, and decided to give it a try. We all had sea food ( cockles, squid and prawns ) and all were fresh and freshly cooked and delicious. With drinks and bread and coffee it was just over 10 euros each. In a nice little square just set back from the road, but a car park near by. Sitting in the sun, eating seafood - happy days !!

Seafood rice, temperate salads, vegetarian dishes, gourmet burgers, cuisine elavorada with exclusive products from Galicia.
Great food. Small place that doubles as a hotel and has artisan jewelry for sale inside. The food is great. Croquetas buenas. Great albarino, seafood salad. Funny wait staff and great people. Perfect for a nice lunch or dinner out or a pop in with a friend.

This is one of my favourite places to visit when over in Galicia visiting family. The food is lovely and great value for money. Definitely one of the better establishments in Muros and always try to visit at least once when in the areas.

For the last day in Spain, before to travel to Portugal, we stopped in this little village on the blue ocean side of Galicia region. Walking on the sea side we noticed this little restaurant and we decided to have an appetizer in. Miss Columba received us and offered us a selection of the best fresh sea fruits with two glasses of Ribeiro wine. Superb experience for a very rasonable price. Reccomeneded.

The location is OK, the decoration is beautiful, simple, elegant, takes fantastic advantage of the local arquitecture, absolutely relaxing. Congratulations to the designer. The cuisine needs improvement. The raw material is excellent, what is done to it needs polishing. Service is OK, but additional attention to the customer would be appreciated. The place just opened a couple of weeks ago, so I will give it another chance within the next month.Thank you for your opinion. We hope your visit again! ;) Greetings.

Intention was to drive to Noia but we continued on, then Esterio and ended up in Muros.Car park by the bay and directly in front was this cafe, a dull rainy day so we went in.We were the only tourists, everyone else were locals.Yet again we went OTT, prawns, just grilled with salt - the best ever, Sardines excellent, razor clams and octopus - amazing, sooo soft , just sprinkled with paprika.Upto the gills and beyond, then came for a cardiac arrest, cheese with quince, the best.Just love cheese with quince, try the pear variant, yum. Spanish and Portuguese cheese, so so very good.Chatting to the couple sat next to us, Spanish, also touring, they bought us a shot of the Spanish equivalent of "grappa/schnapps" great, set me up for the drive back, what a drive that turned out to be,If you are in Muros or in Santiago and have a car, give it a try, amazing and so affordable.

Economic restaurant placed in the center of the villa of walls, consists of 4 interior tables, 6 in covered terrace and 8 of exterior terrace. Specialized in octopus prepared of different forms, and typical products of the zone (seafood and fished) being
Excelent familiar restaurant near Carnota beach, a small restaurant where you can find great traditional food (sea food and fish are always very good options). You should arrive early or reserve a table if you want to have one the time you arrive. You won't regret. It would be perfect if they had a large window over Carnota.

We were looKING forward to visiting this restaurant having read the previous recommendations. Unfortunately we had a really bad experience. We were the only two people in the restaurant, the waiter rushed us from start to finish. Our meal was completed from initially receiving the menu until payment of the bill in about forty minutes. Our prawn starter was beautiful but was spoiled by the waiter hovering to remove our plates before we had completed the course. Our main course arrived immediately, the fish was ok, I felt it was over cooked, it was burned in spots. Once again the waiter was hovering with dessert menus while we were eating our main course.I was looking forward to the meal in this restaurant but was very disappointed, maybe I hit it on a bad day but even though I was staying in the area I would not go back. There are better restaurants nearby.
